I will stick to using an iron. I bought this to save time. I used it in a jacket and it was still wrinkled. I will. Ecreturning this

This is the best purchase I have ever made. I have been using it since 2018 and haven’t had any issues. I really recommend this brand because it is very reliable and heats up and steams very quickly.

Tried it on cotton shirts and it failed to remove the wrinkles.

LOVE IT! It is very easy to use once you get some practice. I think I have steamed everything my husband and I own. The water heats up very quickly. I used a hook over the door to get more height (It is not needed but makes it easier). Creases are very easy to make. The steamer does get very hot so watch your fingers. I used it on all materials (some were easier than others) There are no instructions on how to steam your clothes...so keep practicing. So far I am keeping it.

I purchased this steamer for getting wrinkles out of my new drapes (12 panels, 108" length). It worked great! Since I have never used a steamer I practiced on a garment first. The first time using the steamer on my drapes the unit shut off every few minutes, however the next day I didn't have that problem. Could have been due to not enough water in the container. Be aware it does spurt water when getting low & keep the hose ekevated above the base as water may leak out onto your garment or the floor. Be sure to only use mineral water. It rolls great on hard surface flooring.

Easier to get good results than with an iron. While not small necessarily it also takes up much less space in my NYC apartment than the iron and board used to.

I have tried many versions of inexpensive steamers...ones built into irons and stand alone ones like this. This is by far the best I've tried yet! Ready to go in about a minute. Works great on my husbands suits too! Remember the laws of gravity.....if you hold the hose too low you will get some sputters of water drops with your steam. I keep mine with the garment rack fully extended so the water can always drain back down. I also use it to hold the cord so I don't have to unwind it each time. I simply roll it out of the bathroom closet when needed and am done in a matter of mins! I haven't touched an iron in months (and am not complaining!).

I have a dress that has a very full bottom half. It takes me about an hour to iron. I used the steamer and it was wrinkle free in 10 minutes! Then I started steaming everything in the house that was wrinkled. Every time the wrinkles came out in minutes. Awesome product. Throwing my iron and iron board away.

great price, great product. This makes the morning much easier. I have never owned a steam iron but I tried a friends and decided that for about sixty bucks it would be cheaper or the same to buy this then buy a new iron and board. I actually like steaming and I hate ironing and this is much easier and faster. It is also better for your fabrics. I recommend this for someone who has a laundry room or bathroom where they can leave this out and set up. I would not buy this product if I didn't have space to leave it out. It is not difficult to set up but its best to just have it ready. Great product.

Fairly easy to use and does an adequate, but not outstanding, job at removing wrinkles from clothing and other items. Have to empty water from the equipment after each use. Also wanted to use it to remove wrinkles from several bedspreads and bedskirts, but did not do as good a job on those as on clothing and smaller items.

I bought this steamer through Best Buy last year, and it has made my family's life sooo much easier. No more flat iron, no more burns or ruined clothes. This steamer is soo easy to use. I am so glad I do not have to use a ironing board to lay clothes flat out anymore to try and get wrinkles our(which some wrinkles remain)The steam iron gets them all out in just a minute or two. Sames lots of time and aggrivation. I would not give this steamer up for anything. I reccomend this steam iron, if you want the best ironing tool.

I'm a college student and live in a very small apartment and ironing for me is a pain (plus, I burn stuff). This steamer was a very good alternative to ironing and it's easy to store. I've had my steamer for almost a year now and have never had trouble out of it. The only thing you need to make sure to do is clean out the water tank when you're not going to be using it. Not only does the tank need to be cleaned, but the unit itself because it will build up hard water. Although it requires this maintenance, it's VERY easy to clean. Also, one thing you need to make sure to check is the reset button on the unit. If you turn it on and it's not working, check the reset button! Overall, I love this product and it's a great alternative to my busy college lifestyle!

I have been using this steamer for over 3 years and I LOVE it. Never had a problme with it. I use it every day when getting ready for work. I take it on trips with me because it is so easily portable. I would recommend this to anyone

This was the best gift I gave to myself at Christmas time. I hate ironing and this solved the problem. Heats up in less than a minute, crisp wrinkle free clothes in minutes. So worth it! I highly recommend it. My only issue is the 2nd and 3rd time I went to use it, I kept having to hit reset, I wasn't sure why, but do it if for some reason yours isn't heating up quick.

Its not as good as ironing if you need it to look totally professional but its good enough to touch up. The hose is kind of stiff at first, but after a couple of uses it seems to be lighter. I had a bit of drops come out of the nose of the steamer and into my clothes but never again did I have that problem. But its very useful if you are in a rush and need something to be touched-up.

Bought it regardless of the 2 negative reviews... I was looking for an affordable one since most are really expensive...Easy to Use... It would really be nice if it was easier to disassemble to tuck away or travel with since I pratically live out of my car!

This steamer gets ready in seconds! Removes wrinkles so easily! I highly recommend this product to anyone done with ironing!

This is better than ironing. I have used an industrial steamer, and this steamer works just as good. When you first assemble it the hose is very stiff. You need to use it for a while so you can get it loose. If you can, use filtered water because over time there is some build up near the bucket that you should clean.

It does what I bought it for, I like the bar and the attachments for hanging the item being worked on, but the low level safety switch keeps tripping even with the water reservoir completely full, requiring frequent resets during ironing

Amazing product, we were spending between 150 and 200 dollars going to the cleaners every month, now we are down to between 25-50. I have had this steamer for about 6 months now, and I can say that I easily have saved over 500 dollars!!! Other than the price advantage, this product performs exceptionally well. I would highly recommend to anyone.
