Does the job of giving a massage. The thing with any massager is getting used to the device. Every device is different and requires learning how to position the product just right to get the perfect massage and pain relieve. At first the neck massager was not ideal but after playing around with certain positions the product does as advertised. I recommend this product if you’re patient and not a person that requires instant satisfaction.

This is an excellent device to provide instant relief for those stiff neck and shoulder muscles. The shiatsu feature is great and you can adjust the Intensity simply by pulling on the handles. The heat is an added bonus. I found the vibration feature a bit too loud and intense foe my taste but overall for the price I paid, I’m very happy with this investment.

This is Great! I am really impressed with it. You can use the Shiatsu massage by itself or combine it with the vibration massage. You can also use the vibration separately. If you want to you can press the heat button for warmth. The Shiatsu massage really eases the tension in my neck and shoulders.

I bought the massager as a gift for a friend who gets neck pain from working all day bent over a microscope. The massager relieves her pain and she loves it. Her husband also enjoys it. It sounds so good I may get one for myself.

This was ok, but there is no way to adjust the massaging nubs and their placement is to wide for my neck. For the right-sized neck, this thing probably feels pretty good. But it didn't work for me. Also, its pretty much limited to one height on your neck based on how it settles on your shoulders — don't expect much adaptability if your neck pain is higher up.

Bought as a gift - recipient uses this fairly frequently and is pleased with the item.

I use this for relief to tension in the neck. Just not sure it is accomplishing the desired effect. If it is, it is short lived and may not be the answer needed. I like the pulsing and heat functions although I do not believe the heat is reaching the target surface because the nodules keep it too far from the skin and the nodules do not transfer the heat effectively.

Almost painful and doesn't quite reach as low down my neck as I had hoped. The heat is nice.

Well made Unit, great design, easy to use and adjust the controls

Works best if both features of shiatsu and vibration are in use. Best suited for tensed, tired, sore muscles. You have to be totally relaxed when using this to achieve its maximum effectivity. Duration- 15 - 20 min is ideal for me in one muscle group. Can travel with you anywhere!
