Massages back or neck only

Was hoping that it’d be a little heavier and reach more places besides the back of the heck without repositioning. Haven’t decided if I’ll keep it or not.

The box looks to have been ripped apart (by a previous owner?) and badly taped back together. I don't believe I ordered a "used" or "open box" item! Really will make me double think buying from best buy again!

Is it easy to adjust how firm or soft it is just by adding a little more pressure on the hand loops.

I like the way you can turn it back and forth and let the shiatsu hit different places on the neck. The heat and vibration are very relaxing.

Not only does it have a vibration feature but it literally kneads your neck and has heat! I love "hard" massages/neck rubs and was very skeptical. Boy did this thing prove me wrong! It really does a great job and doesn't get tired like my husband!

- A:Answer Its supposed to have two small massagers that go in a circular motion. However, mine doesn't massage at all, as it quit working within minutes of first using it.
