The product came ready to use straight out of the box. Was hoping that it’d be a little heavier and reach more places besides the back of the heck without repositioning. Haven’t decided if I’ll keep it or not.

Not even sure how the product is since I intended this to be a gift but the item was delivered in such POOR SHAPE that I'm almost embarrassed to give it! The box looks to have been ripped apart (by a previous owner?) and badly taped back together. I don't believe I ordered a "used" or "open box" item! Really will make me double think buying from best buy again!

The massager has, vibration, heat, and massage. can use all three at the same time if you want to. heat can not be used by itself, however. the massager's heads are a little too pointy need to be more rounded.

My dad is a hard working blue collar man, got this for his birthday and he loves it! Great for men, but I felt that the max setting kinda hurt me

I bought this home massager to help with neck pain. The power is satisfactory for a portable massager. The heat is an added bonus.

I bought my wife 1 of these a few years back and she loves it. I had some $$$ to spend at Best Buy and I suffer from chronic lower neck/shoulder stiffness so I wanted 1 for myself. I love it as I loved hers that she uses all the time too. Recommended!

Does the job, works and Girlfriend loves it. Has heat as well as massaging nubs. Makes the typical motorized sound while in use. She said its not a Boyfriend replacement lol

It works better than I thought it would. I like the way you can turn it back and forth and let the shiatsu hit different places on the neck. The heat and vibration are very relaxing.

This a great neck message especially because i get migraines all the time.

Massage part could be a little better i think they need to be spread out a little more and have aa better way to keep it on your neck

This massager works well. I like it better than others that just vibrate. the one complaint I would have, which im not quite sure how to solve, is that you need to apply downward pressure on the straps at all time in order to use it. I was hoping to be able to sit in my chair while working and use it but that just isn't realistic.

Bought for my son and he really likes it. It helps when with the tension on his neck.

Got it for my husband. He said it worked so well it put him to sleep. The only thing that would make it better is if you didn't have to grip with your hands. If someone has carpal tunnel or other issues with your hands this may not be for you.

This is an awesome neck massager works wonderfully and is very comfortable. Is it easy to adjust how firm or soft it is just by adding a little more pressure on the hand loops.

This thing is awesome. I have a massage gun as well but this is just awesome for a stiff neck. For the price I was convinced it would be mediocre but it is actually great.

Works like it should. Wish it had the option of shrinking down so the placement of massage balls would fit more properly on folks with smaller necks and heat takes quite awhile to get going.

I bought this for my father for Father’s Day and he loves it! He drives a big transfer truck, so he uses this on his breaks.

the massage feels good on my neck/shoulder. great for pin relief.
