Adding a 'lil heat and vibration to the massage is the chef's kiss of relaxation. That being said, I wish there was a way I could maximize the massage hands-free. You see, in order for it to get deeeeep into the muscle, you'll have to pull down on the handles/straps - but now you're doing work and that kinda takes away from the experience. All in all, it's a pretty good massager, just be aware that it is interactive.

Great for neck pain!

I can put as much pressure as I want on my neck and move it around to the sides of my neck and down on the back of my shoulders. I have herniated discs in my neck and this helps me so much!

Not only does it have a vibration feature but it literally kneads your neck and has heat! I love "hard" massages/neck rubs and was very skeptical. Boy did this thing prove me wrong! It really does a great job and doesn't get tired like my husband!
