I bought this for my chronic pain. This one doesnt have a lot of features and it isnt very flexible. We had better neck and back massagers available at other retailers. It still massages pretty well, but you can get more bang for your buck with other products.

Item is as advertised. Works great. I needed this.

Love this product, easy to use and can apply pressure as much i want. Comes handy for someone who sits in front of computer for most of the day...

Great device. My only complaint is the heated function doesn't really get warm enough.

I work from home so this is nice to use when I've been sitting for too long. I don't use the vibration feature but the shiatsu feature is great for neck tension.

My husband loves his neck massager. Love to come home after a long day, throw it around his neck and kick his feet up. It’s not too hard and very easy to use.

TLDR: We will be returning this. The massager heads are way too pointy for a good massage. It's so aggressive that it actually hurts more than it massages. I love me a deep tissue massage, but on the neck this just plain hurts. The heat doesn't work on it's own, which is a little bit of a bummer. The vibration is too loud to a point where it's just annoying enough. If you like sharp and pointy massages, this is actually a pretty good quality option. It feels quite sturdy and well made. I'd guess that it would last a few good years.

I love it, it is a good massager, easy to use, and operate. It really does the trick and is able to dissolve stress knots in my upper back neck area,

This neck massager works well but has one flaw. It should have straps so a person could wear it on their neck and not have to worry about holding the ends to keep it secure around a neck.

I find this product to be as it says. it works from the bottom of my skull to the end of my neck and I feel more relaxed after I use it.

Its the best thing ive purchased for my mom on mothers day . She loves it and insisted on me trying it out and now i want one myself

This was not that great for me, i do have a larger back then others. A foam roller was better at this point and cheaper. Grips ripped on me in after 1 week.

Thus product was very loud and it didn’t work very well. I returned it.
