This help relieve the stress in my neck. I used this very often. The vibration and heat combo is the best.

This neck massager is more soothing than it is a deep massage therapy type device. The heat is mild and the two massage levels are essentially the same just one is much faster vibration. This massage is NOT rechargeable. It either has to be plugged in or use alkaline batteries. While using you need to use the handles to pull the unit close to your neck to really feel the massage. If you want a little help relaxing after being in front of your work monitor all day this is probably okay. If you have deeper pain or neck/shoulder issues, I'd say find something else.

I really like this product and it works great. I just wish that I could use the heat and vibration features separately.

If want that warm and messaging. It cool the neck. Not perfect, fair enough to give your neck a break.

I use this when I am sitting down after my PT to release some of the tension from my neck. This is comfortable to wear, I tend to use the hand-holds to hold it close to my neck while in use. I can't really say much about efficacy (since it is my personal experience solely for relaxing tightened muscles/strains), but for my purposes, it does give me some relief. Got it at the sale price which was why I purchased (don't recommend purchase at full price).

Very comfortable and does the job. I would recommend this product for any neck soreness.

bought this as a gift for my friend, he loves it, works well, charge is good, no issues with heating/overheating and helps you relax especially with being hunched over a computer for long. would recommend to buy 10/10. very portable, brought to hospital, clinic, and home.

This neck massager is good except for the battery box located in the middle of the back of the neck device. When wearing it, the box pushes against my neck; otherwise it's a relief to get heat & massage for my neck.

This is a product we purchased for white elephant. We did test it and we love it. This is something we are going to try to get back in our White Elephant game.

It's a little small in size but it works okay for the size and price. Of course, if you can get a bigger one that has 3 balls, please do. I got this for $9.99 and for that price, you can't say anything bad.

I get muscle cramps in my neck a lot I guess due to my video game sitting posture but I seen this Wireless neck massager and shoulder massager on top deals recently at Best Buy it was on sale incredible deal the price was too good to let this novelty item Pass Me By so I ordered it online . Bestbuy.com and I picked it up curbside they brought it out to me wow I waited for them in the car and put it in my trunk I appreciate the curbside service that Best Buy do since I had this massager it helps a lot and it's real convenience because it takes batteries or you can plug it in by the wall

This works well. It could be stronger, but it is relaxing. It's weird that you have to use batteries to operate it, but still plug it in for the heat feature.

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She really loves it. She has neck problems and the neck massager really helps with is heat and vibration settings.

Since, the beginning of pandemic I have been working from home. I was experiencing pain around my neck. I bought this massager hoping to reduce pain, in fact it did work. I usually run for 15 min, so for I am happy with it.
