Works good and effective massage. Used this once but happy with the purchase. Came with power cord and works great.

excellent product but the problem is it is not having the rechargable battieries and Heat mode is not working on battery mode

I brought this product for my neck which give me problems occasionally. I wanted something not to expensive but still gets the job done. The first time I use it I fell asleep on the couch. It works amazingly, comfortable, and relaxing. The vibration and the heat therapy you can't go wrong with it. I recommended this product to anyone.

Like this product as it's simple and does the job. However, couple of improvements would have been nice - a bit more heat as I felt it was luke warm. Secondly, if there was velcro or some other way of securing both ends, it would help securing it as currently I am having to hold it manually or lean my neck against a couch.

Love this thing, it provides heat and vibration. Makes me sleepy when I use it lol

This is ok with its massage and warm pad. I'm little concerned on it noise that sometime was not comfortable.

Decent vibration. Heat is not enough to consider it functional. Heat is more lukewarm

I’m not fully knocking this item. The massage part works but the heating part Of this item did not work, I put battery’s in it like it requires. Brand new battery’s and it doesn’t work. That’s the main reason I wanted it was to put heat on my neck. So I’m not happy about the item not working. I wrote a letter to Best Buy regarding my purchase and never got a response. Definitely expected more from them. I understand with the Corona virus going on I had to handle the item a certain way and discard of the box. But to not even get a response kinda makes me feel like the company didn’t care that much. But it is what it is I sucked it up. Thank god it didn’t cost that much it just sucks I did waste my money.

For the price, it's what it is. I should have bought a Shiatsu neck massager. The zipper that holds the cloth cover is defected, and I can't really unzip it to remove and wash it when I need to. So I might return it. Given the current situation, not sure if I want to go out and return it though.

I like it very well, it works for the price. Heat is nice, works good for the money.
