These are great for relaxing your neck after sitting at the computer all day. Love it

I would recommend this neck massager for the heat it gives to your neck While on the go.

The intended use was to relax my neck and shoulders while watch TV in the evening. It did a decent job while I was sitting straight up, but when I sat back in the chair, I couldn't adjust it to a comfortable position. I ended up returning this product because I couldn't use it as intended. The unit did operate as advertised, with two vibration speeds while using batteries or vibration plus heat when plugged into an AC outlet (there is no heat only option). To get any feel of a massage, you need to pull down on the straps and even then the massage is localized to the neck and doesn't extend to the shoulders.

value for your money. easy to use and you can bring it anywhere.

The vibration feels good, but it's a little hard to get it placed in just the right spot and then you have to hold it there. You can't just position it and lean back and relax unless you only need it around the top part of your neck and the back of your head.

This item works as indicated. I desired the ability for a snug fit, for maximum therapy, however this "rests" so you have to hold the two handles to make it snug; your arms will tire. I did not like that the only power button controls both the heat and vibration options simultaneously; so you can not have only vibration. The device comes with a 2-ft power cord. If you are looking for a therapeutic device for minimal massage, this is the item for you! If you are seeking an aid device, that offers a bit of heat, this item is for you! Neck pain, averaging 3-4 out of 10, pick this item; otherwise, spend more money for a better aid for neck pain 5+/10 therapy.

I like this massage product. It keeps my shoulders warm during massage.

Not bad madsager for the price. Glad it includes heat option which is nice.

Not the best purchase. Perhaps was expecting more. You have to pull down on the loops at the end for it to sit heavy on you neck and shoulders to feel the vibration. Holding it for a long period is very tiring.

This neck messager works great...we wish it was cordless & rechargeable.

I didn’t pay attention I guess when I bought this massager but it’s not cordless and the length of the charger is poor! You literally have to sit next to a plug to use it so don’t think about relaxing while enjoying your massage!
