Not bad for the price but it gets a little annoying having to use the hand straps to pull the massager into place for comfort and to distribute the heat evenly. But overall it’s a good product that will give some relief to aching neck and shoulder muscles.

This is great for portable use as it has battery capability. Heater only works when plugged into outlet; very lightweight

Bought this at a very low price, I thought it wasn’t going to be good but was I wrong. It has a nice heating function and the vibration is good and strong, I wrap it around my neck and lay back and it feels so relaxing and it doesn’t relief tension, well worth it.

I looked forward to using my neck massager when I get home from after a stressful day at work. It really does help to lose up those tight neck muscles. I wish they made a neck and shoulder massager. I would be willing to pay more money it.

I GOT THIS FOR MY SON TO USE ON HIS NECK WHEN HE GETS HOME FROM WORKING AT HIS ELECTRICAL JOBS! HE HURT HIS NECK YEARS AGO AND HE REALLY LIKES IT ! IT RELEIVES HIS ACHES AND PAINS WHEN HE USES IT!

Got this for my Mom. She had a fall and ended up with a neck sprain with spasms. Her doctor suggested heat prior to physical therapy sessions. Thought this would be something that would work well for that and for anytime she felt the need. It’s been great. Simple to use. Warm but not hot. Massage intensity is adjustable. She finds the lower level just fine for her neck. Adjustable fit so it’s easy on and off and can be snugged for individual comfort. I’d recommend giving it a try. Much safer and easier that a microwaveable sandbag or hot water bottle.

I bought for my son he didn’t like it. He didn’t feel the relief that its expected. Also it was not fix well and have to hold it with both hands. Very annoying.

I bought as a gift for my mom and it didn’t really work well. It wasn’t much of a massager. It was an okay but not the best

It's comfortable and has two vibration settings, but it is not hot enough for me. It is moderately warm. Multiple heat settings would be better. The prices is reasonable.

I just purchased the pro therapy massager it was an item i have been waiting for and a great choice worth the wait i love it and the fact of it being compact and take it anywhere a true value

Pros: nice neck pillow that vibrates Cons: heat only works when the massage part is on. I wouldn't consider it a massage just a vibrate

The vibration and heat features of the HoMedics neck massager helped alleviate the stiffness that I was experiencing in my neck, which was causing some numbness in my right shoulder. An economical solution to my problem. The only downside is that the massager is not portable (i.e., it needs to be plugged in). This massager, with a built in battery pack, would be extremely beneficial for use on flights.

Often get a stiff neck while working, saw this and decided to give it a try. Works great! Two massage speeds with auto shutt off. Separate heat function is very nice! Comfortable to wear while working or watching TV.

Not bad for what I paid. This is more of a vibration than an actual massage though. If you’re looking for something that actually kneads then this is not the product for you.

I gave this to a coworker as a Christmas gift exchange. She has raved about it since Christmas. She says she’s had a lot of neck massagers but the heated feature makes all the difference!!

Its a waste of money not a good massager and it stopped working in less than a month

This was such a great buy! I bought it for my boyfriend who was in a bad accident and he said this helped him so much.

Works great for the price. I only used once so far looking for way to using it again
