Glad it is inexpensive because it only works so so. You are able to power through dc batteries or plugged in. It does not have a rechargeable battery. It says it heats but I couldn’t determine when or if it was actually heated. Works fine as a standard neck pillow just don’t expect much more than that

Heat is only available when plugged in but I use it when my neck is stiff in the mornings. Wish it was more flexible to use on other body parts but good overall
