Only complaints is not enough options on the modes, and make sure you find the right chair for it. My chair is to small so I can sit back while using it since the device takes up space. But I tried them out at kholes since they had demos then Best Buy had the best prices on it!

Mat would shut off seems to b too soon altho we dont want it to overheat & greatful it does turn back on after time. Many noticed in new areas , pains&relief bc much connected to spinal. Very Worth $$ spent & saved in short/long run Especially w Price Matching. work/HouseCall Chiro 24h /d@7d /wk PRN. Quiet enuff to use on night shift . Relaxing & Energizing just right especially w good ethics. Not longest cord however we all found a way to get turn somewherever outlet is & able to get/have chair. One wants for Father'sDay & might put on floor too??
