Works well and I like it, but I do understand all the complaints about the power switch and accidentally turning it off when you are using it. Fix that and its 5 stars.

This massager will get the job done. There’s enough force and comes with different attachments. But the weight distribution feels offset sometimes.

The best after a long day of work.. the heating feature is a must, it relaxes the muscle and you feel instant relief.

This works pretty good but it’s a lot bigger than I thought. Also you can really feel the heat. Overall it’s an okay product.

Bought it for the wife for Christmas but had to return it because it Was difficult to hold with one hand and apply pressure. otherwise she said it worked good

I am heavy user of this type of handheld massager. The quality is good for the price. However I found there are two design issue. First the power switch is positioned in a way easy get switch off unintentionally. Second the unit is easy to get overheated after 20 minutes use and unit has protection to turn it off to protect motor. I will need to wait for 30 minutes before I can turn it back on

This thing can hurt you if you aren’t careful. It also is a bit heavy and can get tiresome to hold after awhile.

This product is very heavy and bulky. It is difficult to hold with one hand and message your back.

This is the very best messager I have ever purchased and I have bought many in my lifetime. Bought one for mt daughter and one for myself. Especially enjoy the relief it gives me from all the strains/pains I have in my neck. Use it everyday and will never let this one go!

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. I think it’s okay but she’ll take that thing into the restroom and man does it sound like it’s working for her.

It was a great alternative for the very expensive one I previous bought. The one I had with eked great but I couldn't afford another like it. I'm satisfied with the performance. The only thing is how long this one will last.

I really like this unit. It is a tad bit heavy and the on/off button is in the wrong spot. My hand cuts it off almost every time I use it. But it feels really good and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good massage feel. Do not expect heat because all it does is get a little warm and that's it..

I ordered the twin percussion pro massager with heat to massage my legs. They are always sore after exercising. The massager is excellent. The heat is very nice. It was easy to order from Best Buy. Best Buy is always efficient and quick with delivery. The inventory is extensive. Since the pandemic I have ordered from Best Buy several times.

Best Buy shipped on time. Price was higher than Amazon Prime. Massager does not provide adequate warm heat unless the “red” plastic cover removable heads are in use. We use the massager on Level 1 although there are two more levels. Good buy for the product offered.

Its very effective and the warmth is nice. Wish the handle was a little longer.

Very handy with the added attachments. They smooth out the kinks very well for me.

This is a strong massager. It has a nice long cord and is easy to use. I wish it was a little lighter. It’s hard to hold it for very long. It really works the kinks out in my upper back and shoulders. I got this on a Deal of the Day for an awesome price. I would buy it again.
