This game got bad reviews and I don't get why...Certain people went in looking for/expecting perfection and just bashed the game on any flaw it has. It isn't perfect, mainly due to some minor glitches, and graphics could've been better, but I had fun with this game to the end. I didn't play online, just played single player campaign. I wouldn't say this game is worth $60, but $30 and below its very much worth so.

I bought this game because of the hard to find steelcase but the game itself is not bad. My head becomes dizzy from time to time and it may be due to the frame rate drops but the game is good. I enjoy the control and the storyline. It takes some time to get used to but it's fun to play when I have time to relax. It is not an intensive shooting game which demands too much from me after a long day of work.

I brought the game when it was on sale for $10. It's fun but it can become repetitive. I would not recommend paying more than that.

Although the idea of the game was great and the weapons that let you go about a mission any way you please are awesome, the story is just terrible. However for someone who lives in Philadelphia I'd have to admit that the architecture is pretty spot on. Not exactly the streets but the buildings themselves are surprisingly accurate.

Terrible game. Controls aren't responsive; story is derivitive and bland. It was pretty disappointing.

This is a decent game if you like a semi RPG / shooter. It does take s turn as you progress and the gameplay changes which is nice. A lot of interaction for treasure hoarders as well. A nice change but be prepared to spend some time with it as its not just a run through campaign like the call of duty games have become.

This game is so underrated, yes there were issues on launch and now it seems a lot of people have written this game off . I think they are missing out. The issues have now been resolved through patches and i am really enjoying it . The gunplay is really good and desperate feeling and requires some strategy such as flanking, recruiting and preparation. The setting is awesome, a bit like red dawn where society starts fighting back and the game world changes as the story progresses. The developers have captured it perfectly. I have been playing for about 20 hrs and haven't experienced any real problems except for a tiny bit of pop in after a loading screen which doesn't really bother me. If people like stealth/action games they will like this. Reminds me a lot of far cry / metro / and dying light which are all great games. Again, yes it HAD problems but that's what patches are for .The developers are always working to improve. This is a great game and if it was reviewed again i know it would get a fairer score. Must buy and experience.

I actually like this game. It was a little rough the first month it came out with slight lag when auto saving but patches after release and recently have fixed it.
Really have enjoyed the open world shooter. Definitely would pick this one up, especially if on sale!

Not a bad game, a bit confusing to start with and way different than the first Homefront that came out about 5 years ago. Much more of a NextGen type shooter game. Would recommend to those who have played the first one or enjoy any of the newer shooter games.

I don't understand why so people are hating on this game. The story line & co-op missions are a lot fun and I really enjoy the in-game weapon customization! Yes this game does have a few bugs, but they have been addressed and will be fixed. Give it a chance!

It all comes down to what you're looking for. I was looking for a good/different storyline than the usual COD and came across this. You're basically leading a revolution within the US. If you are looking for this you will enjoy the game.

Calling a game "playable" isn't exactly a complement, but that's about what Homefront. TR is. It's fun sometimes but you can see a lack of polish everywhere. It's a shame too because the core idea and gameplay are good enough to fuel an excellent game, this just isn't it. Recommended if on sale, not at full price.

Sequel to the original that came out years ago on the Xbox 360. It's a good FPS game. Love the fact that Best Buy included a physical steelbook with the preorder. That was the reason I purchased it before the release date.
