This Showtime TV series is extremely well written. Claire Danes plays the main character, Carrie. Her acting ability is second to none. This is by far one of the best done series I have ever watched. The story is so well written that binge watching seems to become mandatory.

I bought this for my dad. He has such a hard time staying up late for shows and he loves the convenience of putting them on when he feels like it

I think that "Homeland: Season 5" was once again one of the greatest seasons of this series of all-time and "Homeland" was also one of my favorite series of all-time. I have enjoyed and seen every season of "Homeland" and I also think that "Homeland" has a lot of entertaining and enjoyable action, mystery, suspense and drama and a really great and amazing cast and personal/political storylines.

With shades of "24" this drama feeds you equal parts that you might see coming along with those that you won't. Watch Claire Danes as Carrie Mathison, the deeply flawed heroine and intrepid patriot, as she outwits national security threats across the globe.

It's difficult to believe that there have been 5 seasons of this Showtime hit show (with the 6th season just recently begun).lt seems only yesterday that this exciting, fast-paced series began. The storyline continues to be addictive and draws the viewer back again and again. I miss Damien Lewis but the other cast members (especially Clare Danes and Mandy Patinkin) are outstanding.

This tv series is an outstanding show. By far one of the best done series I have ever watched. It’s funny, suspenseful and will keep you on the edge of your seat. The plots and twist will keep you binge watching this show. I highly recommend this show to anyone. Language though not suitable for small children.

Some people have panned the 5th season saying that is isn't as good as the previous seasons but that just isn't true. The story line has changed; it was time to move on. Don't listen to those who thought that it wasn't up to the level of the previous seasons. Get your own copy and enjoy! I'm looking forward to season 6.

I'm so happy to know that there will be three more seasons of this wonderful series.. It's never disappointed me and I look forward to each new episode. The characters continue to grow and evolve, the situations are surprisingly topical and Berlin is a fabulous backdrop for this wonderful offering.

My husband loves this series and we'll be sorry to see canceling before a long from North rumors are saying he loves collecting television series in this is one of his favorites great only behind 24 basically so hope everyone else enjoys it as much as he does

Carrie is now the station chief for the Agency in Kabul (and later Islamabad), Carrie has been dubbed “The Drone Queen” by her colleagues. We learn that the attach was ordered due to seemingly bad intelligence. It took out a wedding party of civilians instead of a high-level member of the Tiban named Haqqani. This would come to plague her and her friends throughout the year.

Since I dropped Showtime a couple of years ago, one series that I did enjoy was Homeland. Thanks to Best Buy, I am still able to watch this great series on the DVD set that I recently purchased. I still enjoy the series and would recommend it.

For a series that started out really slow, it's seasons have been pretty hit or miss. To the loyal fans that stick with the show it's starting to payoff. Some of the directions the show follows will leave you scratching your head, but please try to stick it out sometimes it pays off and sometimes it doesn't. The show is hard to label, Action? Drama? You judge.

One of the best series ever & season 5 is no disappointment. Great cast, direction & writing that can't be beat. This series & The Americans & House of Cards are better than the majority of what is on TV today. I recommend them all.

Homeland TV series is by far one of the best on Pay TV. This show will have you hooked. Claire Danes is a superb actress playing the role as Carrie. Buy all Seasons. You won't be disappointed.

It is a series that shows the flaws of people as they attempt to navigate through tough issues involving terrorists and how to stop them without turning into the people they are fighting.

My wife and I love this series, and we've been waiting impatiently for season 5. Although the settings are different, the plots are just as intriguing, and the acting is still superb.

I was a little confused at first, but I watched the end of season 4 again and now I'm up to date. So far a good dvd. I would recommend the Homeland series to anyone interested in it.

As usual, Homeland 5 is an excellent production which keeps you immersed and wanting to watch the whole season at once. We watched it in two days are are looking forward season 6.

Got hooked on this show at the beginning and even though it has changed over the years it is still as interesting and dramatic as the first season. Great acting all around.
