Nice device, but ZERO customer support.

If you are thinking of purchasing this device and ever hope to get customer service or support from Jackery, you should turn around now and shop elsewhere. They do not support any items purchased from BestBuy. This information comes direct from Iris, at Team Jackery support:
"Sorry we only sell on Amazon and Jackery official store, and only take responsibility for the products sold on those stores."
I simply wrote them to ask if they sold extra spare cables. They would not even answer the question due to me having purchased their product at BestBuy. I've never had a business flat out refuse to even talk about their product with me simply because I bought it at a local store instead of their online shop.
I'm actually amazed. Imagine buying a brand new Macbook and Apple telling you that Bestbuy doesn't count as a real store? It doesn't even make sense.
Anyway. It charges stuff.
