Cools our bedroom and then some. About as noisy as having a fan on at night so that was a plus. The vent hose system is a little cheap but duct tape took care of that. Very pleased with it.

I love this Air Conditioner. We moved into a new apartment in an area that gets very warm in the summer and fall. It has an wall mounted, personal a/c unit in the living room but it does not reach our bedroom. This product is nearly perfect! It cools the room quickly, isnt loud at all and doesnt take forever to clean/maintain it.

It's a great A.C. unit that's well made and cools quickly. It's a little bigger and heavier than what I originally thought, and the air intake hose requires more room. But this also means that it's a robust piece of hardware. Also the window bar comes with an extension so it could be fit vertically or horizontally. Overall highly recommended. I wish I bought one sooner.

This AC isn't quite as powerful as my previous unit but it's much quieter. The auto-evap system appears to work very well. Every time I check the drain ports on the back it appears to be empty. I use this in the bedroom to keep it cool at night. It takes awhile to cool the room so I usually turn it on a half hour before I turn in. I wish you could direct the fan blades. I use a box fan to help circulate the cool air where I want it. Works very well in my case but I wouldn't recommend it for a large room. Installation was mostly easy but I had to carve through one of the window kit sections in order to make it fit.

Ac works great . Cools reg size room in abut 30min. Easy to install on window. Relatively quiet and looks nice.

The unit works well and definitely cools and dehumidifies. The instructions are easy to understand. We ordered this because it was made in the US and used relatively lower power compared to other models. So that part is very good. The one feature that is not up to the others is the window mounting. Ideally it would be a little taller with more room to reach further down to the sill at the bottom so you don't have to bend the hose to the window as much to get around the sill. Also the expansion bar requires you cut it for all but the widest windows. This part of the system could really have taken a bit more care in the design, but I do see similar issues with folks who bought other brands instead. Otherwise for cooling and electrical usage it does GREAT! So I give it a 4.4 out of 5.

My mother has not had the luxury of owning an air conditioner for several years. I purchased this unit to help cool down her living room and increase her comfort level during the recent heat wave in So Cal. This was a welcome relief. Surprisingly, it's not too loud and is effective and requires minimal maintenance.

Combats global warming...one room at a time! Surprisingly cold output quickly cools down a moderate sized room. Cuts back on electricity bills if you don’t need central ac to cool down an entire house. Definitely need to exhaust the hot air outside with the supplied hardware and keep an eye on the water that doesn’t get automatically evaporated.

This Honeywell - 450 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner has worked well for us for years now. It seems that Honeywell is a long time well designed product and worth trusting. Just plan ahead to be sure you can place it close enough to a window for the exhaust tube. It's helpful that it can be wheeled.

Bought this to us in our bedroom and office and works great on hot days. Really worth the price and easy to set up. If you have abnormal window lengths, you will need to buy some material to help cover the open area, but otherwise, a great product.

I purchased this to replace an older 8000 BTU unit and it is much much better. It now adequately cools the entire room and it's even quiet enough to leave on overnight.

This portable AC has saved my life this summer! One of the hottest in Colorado history, upper 90s every day! Too hot. But with this neat AC I am able to sleep comfortably. Worth every penny. Delivered right to my door, no delivery charge. I was able to get it running all by myself!

The only reason for marking this unit down is the weight. Other than being heavy, it’s a great AC unit. It works quick and is very quiet compared to other units.

This is my first portable air conditioner. It is easy to move on it's rollers, and I had no difficulty installing. The AC is efficient and quiet! I am able to sleep comfortably. Worth every penny.

Was hesitant regarding how well this machine would cool my heat intolerate boyfriend's room, but it has been working great and keeping us both cool. Love that it also comes with a remote. Great purchase for a great price.

This pretty much has all the settings you would want from an a/c. Super easy to set up and the remote makes it extremely easy to adjust to your liking. Keeps a little over 500sq ft nice and cool instead of just one direct spot.

Needed something in room above my garage. I don't know why it took me so long to consider. Wish I had bought it long a go. Very easy to set-up. Definitely does the job.

Does a good job cooling our room. Not too loud either. Has lasted for 3 years now and still running strong. Would definitely reccommend this to others looking for a quality product!
