Just do yourself a favor and get this. It’s absolutely amazing. It’s been about two months since I got this portable a/c and it was totally worth the money. My room used to be a average of 85 F and this a/c can bring it down to 68 in about 30-45 minutes but once that happens, trust me, it will definitely improve your mood and your productivity if you’re thinking of getting a portable a/c just do yourself a favor and get it

This 10,000btu devise is big and bulky--but that's to be expected for any portable AC and not a reason to deduct stars. The issue was that it won't cool a room about half the size of the square footage in the specs below 74 degrees while it's still hot outside. And I live by the beach where the high regularly only gets to 85. I can't imagine how this would do in a region that reaches triple digits with high humidity. Plan to try the 14,000 btu version to compare.

We have a 1000 sq ft apartment with the included AC in the living room but doesn't line up with the hall. Bedrooms get the sun all afternoon. They get warm and stuffy. We put this in the back bedroom. This added unit has been perfect! Whole apartment is cool. We received it a month ago. Haven't had to empty any water. It's quieter than the wall AC in the livingroom. Timer is great. Not one complaint. Great purchase!

I bought this unit because I had been using the central air for the dogs when I am away from the home. It cools off one room nicely and I like that it is also a heater and humidifier. I have not received my first bill but my bill last month was $500.00. I expect my bill to be less than half of that. I am happy with my purchase.

This AC works great, but does not cover 350sqt. It struggles in humid and hot weather above 80 degrees. I think it would work better on smaller rooms.

I have two of these now and love that it’s quieter than my LG ac. It also cools the room fast.

We bought this in anticipation of the upcoming summer and have been happy with its performance thus far. Only thing is that the window extension kit does not fully fit my window here in Irvine, CA. Will need to fill the gap with something.

Initially we were hesitant to purchase a portable air conditioner but did not have a good set up for a window air conditioner in the room that I am now using as a home office. This air conditioner works really well and was very easy to set up.

Used this to replace another older portable ac unit. This one is much quieter and keeps the room much cooler.

Had purchased an earlier model Honeywell for living room. Our home is a mobile home and can get quite warm on sunny days and in the summer. Our central air conditioner is old and very energy inefficient. Very high electric bills in the summers led to our deciding to try a portable A/C. All three have proven to be excellent choices. The two that this review is for are excellent for our bedrooms. Both are quite easy to move around (castors) and relatively quiet.

The AC is efficient and quiet! The prior 5 star reviews were absolutely correct! Wonderful product, wonderful customer service. Love the programmable features!

This AC works pretty good compared to other ACs we have tried. Our house gets pretty hot. I need one that works for a larger area, but it works pretty well considering it is for a somewhat smaller space. I only with it had timer settings, like settings to turn on and off at certain times of the day. I may need to read the instructions again to double check.

Does make noise off and on periodically (reason for 4). But works well, I keep the temperature set at 66 degrees at night, and it does keep it there. I have gotten used to the noise, so it doesn't wake us up.

Bought this bc it included a dehumidifier. I live on the top floor under the roof line. Gets pretty steamy. I like this unit because it keeps the apartment comfortable without being cold. Also i dont think it pulls alot of electricity like a window unit. I can iron while the unit is on and haven't blown a fuse.

You know how your a/c makes it cold on the first floor but the second and third your feel like you are really hot? This is the perfect solution. Casters you can roll it to different rooms an office bedroom in the evening so you can sleep. Works great.

I needed an airconditioner in this hot summer. But I dont want to use it for the entire house even on on in some rooms and area. So I purchased the portable airconditioner. And it works perfectly for me. Very cool as soon as turn on it and wind blows strong enough. A little bit noisy but it was okay for the price.
