This was my first portable air conditioner I have purchased. I just got replacement vinyl windows and was concerned with a window air conditioner in my bonus room. Great choice. I would buy it again. No need to empty that condensate tank as it dries itself. Looks nice too.

Ordered this just in time before the wicked heat hit and after a few complications I can say this A/C is just okay overall. It does a great job at getting my small room very cool, but I do have to ensure the temp is at 67 or below to actually start feeling it cool the room down. The dehumidifier setting seems to be almost pointless since the draining hose does not drain AT ALL even with two draining holes. So unless you can find a dish shallow enough to fit under the bottom draining hole prepare for some slimy water to get everywhere.

This is a decent unit. Cools the bedroom nicely. Easy to install exhaust in window. My only issue is noise. Sometimes the machine vibrates or at least the plastic housing does.

I have one bedroom apartment. My living room is big enough that you could split into two decent size bedrooms. The air conditioner cools off the room very quickly. And the entire apartment without any problems. It does take up some room. But well worth the job that it does.

We purchased this AC for our kitchen that has a double oven, so it gets super hot. It definitely helps cool down the large kitchen even when the doors are open. Obviously with the doors open it take a while longer but it was a good purchase. Connecting the exhaust was tricky and some of the pieces were damaged at initial purchase - but I was able to work around that - so couldn't give it 5 stars

I bought this thinking it would cool my master suite. It is great for a single space but if there is even a partial wall it won't cool the area on the other side.

Purchased this for sister-in-law in Missouri, where it gets nasty hot and humid. She can't put in a window ac. Says it works great as far as cooling and removing humidity.

I'm so excited to have this for my bedroom! My living room air conditioner doesn't reach my room and after research, I settled on this and it was pretty easy to put together. I can't wait to start using it!

I use this product as a air conditioner. It is of great help in cooling the house. It is sturdily built, and quiet for a10,000 BTU air conditioner.

reminds me of hooking up a dryer hose.No tools needed. The hose can be a little tricky to connect the two parts but take your time and everything will fall into place. And it has a five year warranty

Great choice for those of us who don't want to struggle with a window unit. A back saver. Unpacked and set up in 20 minutes. 90 degrees today and may be 90 plus for the next few days. We are happy and cool. Should have done this years ago.

Easy to set up. Decent cooling. Noise level is comparable to a window unit. Wish the exhaust hose was move flexible, but the rigid material is more durable.

I live in an apartment building that decides when they will switch on the a/c and with weather constantly changing from March - May, I needed something that would keep my home cool and comfortable until they switch over. I have a 960 sq. ft. home and it had kept it comfortably cool on the very warm days. It is not as loud as some of the reviews had mentioned. It is a bit bulky (especially the exhaust hose), but being cool and comfortable is well worth it.

I bought this because my current portable AC unit was too loud. This AC unit is quiet and has no issues keeping a 15' x 15' room cool in Arizona.

We love this unit. So quiet compared to other units we have had in the past. We also love how the vent closes when the unit is off.

Bought this as back-up in event of power failure and loss of whole-house air-conditioning (we have a limited output generator). Have used it most nights to make the bedroom really cool and comfortable to sleep.

Works great. I have it 4 instead of 5 because once it reaches the temp it keeps the fan blowing instead of going into low power sleep like our old window unit. But it cools the room nicely and I'd reccomend.

Room is just above the garage, so it stays warmer than other rooms. This portable ac really does the job! The only drawback is the level of noise it produces, it was much louder than I expected.

Decided to get away from the window shakers and give this a try. So far I like it. It does the job

Very Thankful for this product and it has met all my expectations. It is Freezing in my room now, very enjoyable.
