That being said when we had a mini heat wave I just about melted. I bought this unit due to many positive reviews. Tried it in my living room but it didn’t fit great in my window and the room was too open for it to properly cool down. It then got moved to the master bedroom and we have been enjoying it ever since.

It's a product that does the job!!

It does the job of cooling small room. I wish that it cool down room little faster. During humid days, too much water is draining from the AC. I had to put bucket to collect the water to keep it running for more than 3 hours. Quality is good.

Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units.
