My home is so hot in the summer time and instead of spending more money we purchase the portable air conditioner closed all the house windows and in less then 30min our entire up stairs was cooled down. Additionally it is portable which makes it that much more convenient I am able to move it from my bedroom to my front room and the vent it also very easy to assemble. Highly recommend.

I use this to cool my basement. I bought it to replace a dying unit. was a little apprehensive, because of the price. I use this in conjunction, with a dehumidifier. I emptied the bucket once, since I bought it. It keeps what I consider to be a big room ,a beautiful 70 degrees. It is not struggling either, and i think it is very quiet. Plus 18 months no interest. I'm very impressed , with this unit. Wish the exhaust hose, was a little longer. Only gripe, but I made it work. Happy shopping.

I live in the desert and it frequently gets up to 100-110 degrees in the summer. We usually use an evaporative cooler but sometimes it's too humid. So I bought this for us to use in our living room if it's especially hot and muggy. It gets cold fast. I had to have the kind that fits in a sideways sliding window and this has an adjustable insert so it fits in tight. I wish it was cheaper but honestly it's reasonable and I would buy it again.

Keeps room cool and the the unit is quieter than expected! The room is about 500sq and it keeps whole area cool.

After much research, we settled on this unit for those hot summer nights. It was easy to install with a sleek simple design. We were concerned with the sound level that was mentioned in a few reviews, this however was not an issue for us. The remote is great since my wife likes it cold and me not so much. I used a command strip to attach the remote to our headboard. So it is in reach for both of us and we can continue the struggle without getting out of bed.

It looks sleek, was easy to set up, and is bringing the comfort. I like it and I’m going to get a second one.

We have a pretty large room we use this in that also has high ceilings. This was the only portable air conditioner available for purchase at the store and we were desperate when a heatwave came through socal. We installed it fairly quickly and were impressed how quickly it cooled down the room

This is so quiet. Cools great. I just just that the insert for the venting was a little different. It was too short to fit in my window without the extension, but when I used the extension, it blocked part of the exhaust. If they moved the opening to the middle, it would be better

We have rather small windows in the bedroom and had difficulty finding a window unit to fit. This was a great alternative. It cools the space down quickly, even with western exposure which causes the room to heat up late in the day. It is a little noisy but nothing the average person could not sleep through. Very easy to install.

This is very easy to set up and use. Works great. The only negative thing I can say about it is the Discharge air temperature is not quite as cold as my 5 year old window unit in my bedroom,but that is minor.

Portability is key. I'm not home all the time so being able to secure the unit indoors and not expose it to the elements is awesome. It is very quiet and it works quite well.

We like this AC unit so much that we purchased the same unit a second time. It's a great way to handle the really hot days in several rooms where the current AC does not reach. At some point in the future we will have the house AC redone to better cover the whole house, but in the meantime this unit does it all and does it well. It's efficient and does not completely encroach upon a room. Easy to set up and use.

I purchased this unit to help cool our house while our central air was on the fritz. It did an excellent job of cooling three rooms and was a breeze to get setup.

Works well in a single room. We put it up stairs in our bedroom and it cools that off. We were hoping it would be able to bring down the temperature in the rest of the upstairs. Unit was on the the expensive side.

I have a bonus room over a 3 car garage. I had to run exhaust trough a wall into the attic due to no windows. The room is probably 750 sq feet wit a vaulted ceiling. It was around 90 degrees and in about 7 hours I got it to 72 degrees. It stayed at 72 once it got there. Ive had other air units that were way louder so this one is a lot quieter. I am happy it made this big super hot room cool. That is why I bought it

So I tried purchasing a portable air conditioner from Walmart and it was a 300 dollar fan. I was very discouraged and thought all portables were going to be this way. I purchased this unit and they matched Amazons price online very easily with great Best Buy support and picked this up from the store. People in the store put it in my car were very professional and was thrilled about service. Now back to the AC. I am very impressed with the quality and how cool this AC is. I like to be freezing and I am very picky when it comes to air and my central air doesnt cool my office good enough as I am always sweating from working but this unit makes me so cold that I often put it in sleep mode cause I am too cold!!!! In 90 degree weather I have maintained 73 degrees in my office and this machines evaporation feature is fantastic I have no leaks no water tray to empty . I couldnt be any happier. I may buy another one for the bedroom this unit is in a 500 SQ FT office and its freezing in here!! Thank you Best Buy and Thank you Honeywell!!

So easy to use and freezing cold. Fairly quiet for how strong it is. Very mobile as well.

This is super easy to set-up with easy accommodation for various window-sizes. It is also very intuitive to use and it packs a lot power. It takes up a bit of floor space but that is really the only drawback. I'd highly recommend for the easy-of-use, cooling power and versatility it offers.
