This is the first air conditioner that has kept my porch area cool. I had two others (different brands） with same btu that were terrible. Love this one.

This is a nice size for a bedroom my husband likes it really cold and this does the job.

Quieter than previous versions. Can cool a two room 675 square foot apartment without any issue.

I am very glad we purchased this unit! We bought this after trying a frigidaire that didn't work out. This gets our bedroom COLD! It is a fairly big unit and heavy too but I don't mind as long as it did what I needed it to. Looks nice and best of all is that it fit my sliding windows nicely.

Very useful in small spaces. Need to make some modification to fit exhaust to window. Need to constantly drain the system (I suggest you connect a tube to the drainage)

The air conditioner works well to cool the area. We moved it to the other side of the room where we watch TV because it is louder that I thought it would be and it was hard to hear the TV.

The only drawback is with any portable AC it is very loud.

This is amazing. I have purchased another AC unit last summer and its smaller and is so loud! This one for being bigger and cooling more space is at least half as loud as the other one. It was an easy install, cools the room to a nice constant temperature. No issues. Love it so far even in these hot November days in California.

I was so pleased with this unit that when I decided to invest in an additional, I bought the same one twice. This unit does a great job cooling the home and is an easy setup. Well worth the money. Reliable, safe and has helped make hot summer days more tolerable.

Bought this unit because it did not require an H2O drain hose. All condensation is expelled as gas through the exhaust hose. Using it in a 500 sq ft space and it cools the area within 5-10 min. The thermostat works flawlessly keeping the temperature within 1 degree of the desired temperature. Timer also is very handy particularly if you don't want the unit running all night. My only complaint is that it is quite heavy so moving it around is not easy.

I bought this hoping it would help cool my house down to be able to survive this summer. This has been a lifesaver. Definitely costs more in energy than I would have thought, but it works well. These are typically only good for one room/area and only if you take every other precautionary measure to keep heat from entering. Closing blinds, tinting sun-exposed windows, blackout curtains, etc.. but hey I survived a summer!

I have a rather large bedroom, approximately 800 Sq. feet. This unit cools my room fine. Given that it's rated for 700 Sq. feet, I'm ok that it takes 45 minutes to cool the room down to a comfortable level. on the nights I have used the machine it has been either in the 90's all day or close to it and my bedroom is on the 3rd floor of my house so yeah it can get pretty warm up there by the end of the day. The machine is very quiet and the timers are a nice function. The only thing that could be better is that the fan on the top of the unit only allows it to be in a fixed position instead of going up and down automatically. I have 2 smaller units that have that function and they seem to blow air around a lot better, which makes sense. I would purchase this unit again.

Cools our living area with ease. Just what I was looking for.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. I had this shipped to my house because they did not have it in stock. I was shocked when it came without any damage and earlier than expected. I keep it in my bedroom now but had it in my living area and covered about 600sq ft keeping it nice and cool I have yet to use the other features yet.

Works like it's supposed to. Definitely keeps my 500sq foot room cool.

This unit is a little bulky and noisy but works good.

its a bit quite compares couple of other models....one thing i dont like is the ac went dosent open and close automatically or there is no ossiclation option.

Does a halfway decent job cooling a good portion of my apt., but it does not work as well on extremely hot and humid days. All in all I'm satisfied though.
