It was easy to install, and very easy to use. Not a lot of buttons or color variety, so inital set up was a little confusing, but nothing that wasn't quickly overcome. Installation went fast, but stiff wires and tight spaces to insert them into made me slow down and be very careful. Wifi function works really well. I use that more than interfacing with the actual wall unit.

Easy to install, Alexa discovered it without a hitch, and my life has never been easier. The programming is very simple but the best thing was how well integrated it is with Alexa. I have had this for about a month and couldn’t be happier

This thermostat works absolutely awesome. I can change the temp from my phone so easily. I have an old system with only 2 wires, no "C" wire, I had to call tech assist to find out that I needed a 24 volt transformer to power up the thermostat, once I installed that and wired it as tech assist instructed it works perfectly. It would be nice if there were instructions for wiring without a "C" wire available without calling tech assist.

I tried changing my thermostat to a digital model and it went ll wrong. I was so happy when I found the exact one I had before and got it back. Thanks, Best Buy!!!

Great basic programming thermostat. Display is clear and not too bright. Easy installation. Would recommend if you don’t need a bunch of useless features.

I didn't care to have a touchscreen to break, so the simplified LCD screen with app compatibility was all I was really looking for. Syncing to the app and setting up for use with Alexa was a breeze. Great product.

Great smart thermostat. Easy to install, customer service quickly walked me through registration process and viola I can operate my thermostat from my phone so my home is exactly what temp I want from wherever I am at.

I am very pleased with this thermostat. It works very well so far and with the wi-fi convenience it gets the 5th star. With that said there is a challenge in making the hard wire connection and the the wifi connection. The instructions are clear but there also can be a glitch or two that can be overcome by taking one's time when making the connections at the thermostat and/or the HVAC control board. The wi-fi was a little tricky but there is sufficient instruction to allow a person to get it to work!

Installed it in our ranch house. Easy to install and program. Can easily adjust settings and temp via WiFi before we head to the house located 90 mins away. House is at perfect temp when we arrive.

I upgraded my existing thermostat that I installed 12 years ago that looks exactly the same as this one. All because of my obsession to make my home as Smart as possible. This was very easy to install and having the included "jumper wire" helped, since my furnace did not have a C wire. Now I am able to control my thermostat from anywhere and also control it with Alexa. The only issue I have is the new thermostat is a bit smaller than my old one. So now the unpainted part of the wall is showing. Minor issue.

Works great and does the wifi but no battery backup, but everything works fine

I was looking for an affordable programmable thermostat with wifi connectivity. This one was easy to install and set up, as well as program through the app. I can adjust my home thermostat from anywhere! I love it!

The Honeywell programmable thermostat with wifi capability is an excellent value. Swapped out an older Honeywell thermostat for this newer model. Install instructions were straightforward to follow. Absolutely love the wifi capability. Easy to connect and the app is simple and easy to use. Use it everyday.

This was for my townhome. Installation was maybe 15min with setting up the app. very simple and works perfectly. I leave my home and it sets the temp to 75 and before I return home it sets it to 68. perfect!

This programmable, WiFi thermostat works just as planned. I already had the Honeywell YTH6320 5-1-1/5-2 Day Thermostat, so I was actually able to just detach it from the mounting plate and attach the WiFi thermostat. No re-wiring at or installing a new mounting plate at all. This was perfect for that scenario. Looking they the install instructions though, it didn’t look very complicated if this were not the case. After install, Download the Honeywell “My Total Connect Comfort” app, follow instructions to create an account and set up the new thermostat under your login, and WaLa! I can easily adjust my thermostat from anywhere. Including modifying schedules, etc.

Nice thermostat and does exactly what I needed. Easy to setup and use. Only issue I had was my WIFI name had a special character in it and wouldn’t setup correctly. Once I made it alphanumeric like it said I was able to set it up without any issues.

Very similar to the non WiFi thermostat that it replaced, so it was easy to install. Downloaded the smartphone App and it was easy to program as well. Had a few hiccups setting up voice commands through my Google home mini, but it is working flawlessly now.
