Talked with Sam (on refrigerator issue), he did not listen to me and hung up. I have enjoyed my past purchasing experience with best buy and an elite member. I am expecting better service. Posted .Please note, it is normal for minerals from your water to collect inside the unit and on the unit's nebulizer. It is advised to perform the cleaning outlined in the owner's manual, once a week.
