It’s mostly quiet, but intermittently makes a loud gulping type noise. If you’re a light sleeper, it will definitely get up. Doesn’t matter if the setting is on high or low, that just increases or decreases the time before the next big “gulp”

As water is released into the base, a 'gurgling' noise can be heard as air enters the tank. This is normal for this humidifier while it is producing output. We hope you find this information helpful. Doesn’t work properly after a month!

It lasts an average of 2-3 overnight uses per fill up in my experience. It is easy to carry and refill because of its compact size. I am also glad that there is no filter, just a simple weekly cleaning regimen is needed (as instructed in the booklet that is included). There is a slight humming sound but it is virtually insignificant in my opinion.
