Our furnace went out due to a faulty pressure switch, at the start of a few weeks of freezing temperatures. It was going to take a week or more to get the part we needed, so we bought one of these. It's a fairly small manufactured home around 1024 sqft. I set this one up in the living room, and a smaller Vornado in the bedroom. I kept it unplugged and off when I was away, so it took it a while to warm up the place when I’d get home, but it did keep the place generally comfortable while I was there. It was heating a fairly big area, and “toasty” wasn't really an option (nor was I expecting or trying for that), but it kept the place adequately comfortable enough to get us through till the part came. It was easy to use, and fairly light. I have no complaints on functionality. My only concern was due the design and placement of buttons on the top. My cats kept trying to sit on it (being a shiny new object in the room). When they did, they kept pushing buttons; accidentally turning in off, on, or changing temperature settings. Thus, this is why I made sure it was unplugged when unattended, so they didn't accidentally turn it back on when no one was around.

This heater has served my needs for warming my small space in a large room. It's effective, quiet, light weight and relatively small for it's efficiency.

The portable heater is easy to use. The temperature settings are awesome so that it can save the energy. I use it for more than1 month. The heater works well so far. Since it is a portable heater, not e central air heater, I don't expect it can heat several rooms very quickly. The fan makes noise to some extent, but I put it in the living room. So I am fine, when I am sleeping in the bedroom, leaving the door of the bedroom open.

The fit and finish, power, low noise profile really make this heater the last one you need to look for. this thing is quite, that is a bgi deal because for the amount of heat this thing puts out, others would sound like a vacuum. this keeps my 700~ sq ft apt nice and warm. i have no complaints.

The new basement gets cold, we need a decent fixed product to help with the new furnace. This product makes the basement warm, does not over-power with forced air... it just feels warm. It works great and is a solid product. Does not feel cheap.

To this point, I can tell the heater works great (little smelly for the first few days) for a very large room. It's reasonably quiet not to be a nuisance and it doesn't get too hot to be dangerous for young kids. I'm still waiting to compare my electrical bill after a full month of replacing my old heater to see if it's as economic as advertised.

This heater is awesome. We have never been so warm. This heater does a good job heating a large open room. It's easy to use and I like the option of the lower wattage usage settings.

This heater was on-sale. I always wonder if that's becuz it was being updated, needed improvement, or was over-stocked. Regardless of the number in stock or updating, this machine needs no improvements, IMHO. It heats 2 small, upstairs bedrooms with a connecting doorway very, very well, even when it's sub-zero outside. It's easy to use, appears safe, and heats well. We are very pleased with this purchase so far.

This heater is realitvely small and quiet, but it really warms up a room!

I bought this product as an upgrade to am existing portable heater. It is lightweight and portable and puts out enough heat for two bed rooms that are 400 square feet +. Unit does not get hot to the touch so safe around kids or animals. Quality product!

I use this to heat my unheated studio and it does a great job of heating the space quickly. It is pretty quiet and does not eat up that much space. I have not seen that much of a spike in my power bill so it seems to be pretty energy efficient.

As a result of my office not heating very well and the extra cold weather I knew it was time to upgrade my heater. I did not want to make the same mistake again and buy one that was not powerful enough. The Honeywell has performed great and I am very happy with the purchase.

All marketing teams want to tell you how their product is better than everyone else's. My car cost less to maintain than yours. I get more performance for the same or a lesser price than you. Of course this Heater is not going to heat a 1200 square foot home. The size alone would tell you that. Also, it is not something to use everday because of its efficiency. However, this Heater does cook large areas. Helped me out when my furnace died this winter. Good quality and does well at what it was created to do. Which is keep you warm with Real World performance and matches the levels of 'like' name brand products; maybe even a tinge better. In my opinion; definitely a good purchase.

This is a good compact heating system that warms up the room within a few minutes. Noise level is moderate but with a timer-you can set it and forget it during the evenings before you sleep

This space heater works well, is easy to use and move around and heats up a medium sized room as advertised. It has three setting, Hi, Medium and low and two programmable settings. It has a built in filter that you can easily clean and doesn't need replacement. It goes up to 1500 watts on high and also has a timer and remote control for all functions. It is nice that there is no fuel or odor as well. I have no issues with this - it looks and works great. A bit expensive but it is a solid, well built unit and if you are not trying to heat a whole house or large room with a cathedral ceiling you should be happy with it.

Looked to Cons Reports for Heater Ratings and bought this one after it's high marks were noted. We have it in our double car garage that is always cold, and it does great, using the automatic thermostat set at 60 degrees. Really does great, and would recommend it to anyone.

takes the edge off in the garage with my propane heater. I can work out there comfortably in the winter now. I haven't got the electric bill yet so I can't give a total review.

I needed this in a basement that has no heat. It has worked good so far not causing any issues and is on nearly all day long.

I bought this for my husband's "man cave" located in our finished basement. The area is nowhere near the square footage the information booklet claims this heater covers. I thought for sure he would be dialing down the temp.-NOT! If anything, we added a few throws in order to be comfortable while sitting down there. My basement can be a little drafty but, I saw no difference in this heater than the cheaper ones we have purchased in the past. Not $$$ well spent!

This heater is the best ever!!! Had a party on Dec. 6 and needed a little more warmth in the basement -- this little furnace did the job. I'm so glad that I purchased this heater.
