I was looking for a larger tank and this humidifier holds three gallons. It distributes the water without getting floor moist around it. As it sits on a wood floor this was very important. The wood floors in house must be kept in the thirty to forty percent humidity range so wood will not shrink, crack or warp. Of course it's important for the people living in the house not to have dried out sinuses too. Another great feature is the UV bulb to sanitize the air. I also noticed the filter is removing tar from the air from wife smoking cigarettes.

This product works well. I purchased it for new born daughter room thats soon to arrive and have been happy with it. Ive tried it out in my own room and worked as expected. Only issue I really had and didnt really like was having to dump out the water if there was any left in it.

This humidifier is titled QuietCare and there is nothing quiet about it. The fan has three settings, at the loudest, I have to turn up the TV to hear. Not sure why I was thinking it was a large reservoir ultrasound mister, but its not. It is an old fashioned paper filter evaporator. It works well, and can run all night and just be ready to refill in the morning. However if your air is extremely dry, I did not think it could keep up. Also, it chills the air as it evaporates. So much so, that my wife did not want it in the bedroom. I did like the fact that it comes with a UV light so if you do not use it for several days, you don't have to worry about spreading bad water. Ill keep this humidifier, but I would like to see a large reservoir mister/ultrasonic humidifier.

The water tank is big so you don't have to fill it everyday.

Used this unit and immediately noticed a difference in our home.

Awesome product. A little noisy, but does the job.

It's really working. We use it in our bedroom (around 800 sqft) and it's filling it up. Big enough water tank, easy to fill up. UV button is lighting in blue and it might be annoying at night time.

After being stuffed up and congested for 2 months this product really helped make it easy to breath. A plus it that it is quite and I was finally able to get some sleep.

Does a great job. It automatically shuts off, which i love. Great for my master bedroom! The large tank is nice, so im not refilling it every single day. One tank lasted me up to 3 days, depending on how humid i needed the air.

The Honeywell Humidifier works well and does the job. The only issue is filling it with water you have to turn the container upside down to fill that is an area to be improved..

this will be my second unit, first unit quit after a year of exemplary service, sent it back to factory for replacement [3 year warranty]. this unit was purchased while i sent the first one back,[ can't be without a humidifier] so i was surprised when this new unit started making a high pitched squeal when on high setting after 3 weeks, Best buy return policy is 15 days, so i run the unit on medium until i decide to send this one back or see if it needs oil on the bearing surfaces. would have given this a 5 star if it wasn't for the return policy, next humidifier will be from Costco

I already had one of these humidifiers and when my special needs sister came to live with us I purchased one for her room too. We both have sinus problems. Humidifiers work just as advertised.

As humidifiers go this one is above average. It is free standing so you don't have to place it on a table or stand. It is easy to use. The only real concern I have is the fact that the filter does not soak up water to the top of the filter. Only about 1/4th of the filter gets wet. Not sure that is efficient or allows the device to put as much moisture in the air as it could.

Before buying this humidifier, I did a lot of looking, comparing and reading reviews. I purchased it and have been using it constantly, for nearly six weeks. I am very pleased with it. The controls are straight forward and easy to use. The lighted panel lets you see, what settings you have selected. The water reservoir is easy to fill and has sufficient capacity, for my 1,100 sq. ft. home. Downstairs I fill it with the spray nozzle, on my kitchen sink. Upstairs; I fill it, from my bathtub faucet. I fill it, in the morning, and again, before bed. During the day; I run it downstairs, in my living room. At night; it is run in my bedroom. Because I have a pellet stove, heating my home; I run it constantly, on high, in my 15' X 30' living room. At night; I run it, on medium speed. In my 12' X 14' bedroom. Noise is not a problem, upstairs; or down. The humidistat is always set, on high. The unit runs constantly, during the day, in my living room; but at night, in my bedroom, it will cycle on and off. Humidity in maintained, at about 30% downstairs and 35-40 % upstairs. When compared to, before this units use; breathing, sinuses and skin are much improved. The filter is used to disperse humidity and filter the air. It is easy to maintain and change, with a little practice. You must avoid spilling the filter holder and tuck in the white, plastic netting; when replacing the filter, into the holder. Please understand, it is NOT DIFFICULT. I've never experienced a leaking problem. The carpet around the unit is not wet and there is no white dust, on nearby furniture. I am 100% satisfied, with this humidifier. Having owned, at least six humidifiers, in the past; that's quite remarkable, in my opinion.

The item I bought, QuietCare UV Tower 3-Gallon Humidifier works great as thought it would. Humidifiers are a must in the high desert and this one is great.
