This vaporizer does NOT have an indication of when water has run out. It's up to you to bend over or kneel on floor to look through the reservior to see if it's still running. Each time you refill, you must turn it back on, reset the desired humidity level, and reset the fan speed. The reservoir cap and gasket work nicely. It's pretty quiet, and has pleasant appearance.

Requires frequent filling of the reservoir - doesn't last for 24 hours even on low. The room is more comfortable and the filtering of air is excellent.

I've purchased the same humidifier from Mennards two times. This last time when it broke, I was fortunate that Mennards was out of stock because the same model was less expensive at Best Buy and I also got a 20% off coupon when I walked in. We have used the Honeywell humidifier for the last 5 years and have been pleased with its performance.

Does a great job. The tank is a little awkward to fill since the top has no flat spot when inverted.

Has a good size water reservoir and humidity control settings rather than just fan settings.

This humidifier is the best of all. Before using it our nights were rough, we were unable to breathe right because of dry air causing sore throat and running nose but since we started using this humidifier everything has changed. Now our room is humid, right temperature and we sleep fine. Go get this if you don't have it yet.

This product works great for my apartment and is only loud when you have it on very high and last 1 day in high with the full tank. 3 to 4 days on low.

This humidifier works very well. It will distribute the entire water supply in 12 hours if humidity is low. The only draw back for me it is loud. the fan is powerful; but too noisy to use in bedroom or living area if you want quiet or conversation.

Purchased 2 and both work great. Very quiet. Tank lasts about 24 hours in the desert.

Easy to fill and refill. Holds a lot of water. Very quiet. Dog doesn't mind it.

I have a whole house humidifier, but with radiator heat it is dry. If a room door is closed then the room is not properly humidified. I bought this unit for my bedroom and it is a perfect size and function. I keep the unit on low speed and have never been bothered by a fan sound. It works great!

This unit actually treats our 2000 sq. ft. house on the days it needs to run, and does not run when it does not need to run!

Though I cannot totally rate this item until I have had it at least 30 days to make sure it doesn't malfunction, break down or have issues, thus far this product is great. I wish the fan would blow warm air being that cool fan in the winter is not the greatest and its not as quiet as I would like and I can never get my home to the desired humidity, the appliance has worked well thus far.

Works good for our bedroom. Really kicks off moisture and prevents dryness.

I have now purchased three of these units over the last year--two for me and one for a family member. Our home uses central air and heat and can get extremely dry during the winter months causing my son and I to have difficulty breathing. These Honeywell humidifiers have consistently worked well and are relatively quiet even at the highest settings. We have one in each bedroom and it can easily bring the humidity level up from the low 30s to about 50%, making the rooms comfortable for sleeping. Having had other humidifiers in the past, these have certainly been the best, especially for the price. One slight down side, the filter does need to be changed regularly. I change them about once a month. Each new filter runs about $10. Still very affordable especially for the cold, dry winter months.

We have a fairly large room and we saw an increase of 20 to 30% humidity that would bring it to normal levels

I like it very much, it's just a little loud but this is definitely the best humidifier I have purchased to date.
