I bought this fan for cooling and air circulation in the bedroom. I bought mine in white, but you can get it in black too. You can easily adjust the height from 48" to 41" This fan has 5 speeds, but most will use speed 2 or 3. You can crank it up to speed 4 or 5, but make sure you're holding on to something because you'll be blown away. lol The great part about this fan is it's quiet even at higher speeds. It looks pretty good too. The stand is strong and sturdy, so you don't have to worry about it tipping over. Also, the remote control is easy to use and very useful when you're too lazy to get up and change the settings. lol It took me 10 minutes to install it.with my 2 hands. No tools required Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I'll buy another one for the living room

The fan itself is quiet and powerful, and the included remote is nice to have. But goodness forbid you need to move the fan to another location, because even with the strongest tightening of all column bolts, the fan will disconnect from the column and the upper column will disconnect from the base column lest you lift it up from the very bottom. Also, the latches to secure the top fan guard to the rear guard are poorly aligned and it is impossible to properly latch all of them. If you waste any effort trying, do not expect to ever be able to dissemble the unit again. Flaws from poor design and cheap quality do not extend to the cooling ability of the fan, so if this is your only option, it's ok for what it is.

This fan is awesome because it has remote control and it doesn't make too much noise when sleeping

The fan is very quiet and works quite well. The remote control is convenient for my wife, who is bedridden. On the whole it is a good value, but the construction is fairly flimsy and I am not sure how long it will last.

Love the controls and various settings.. Only issue is that when you pick it up to move it, it comes off the base too easy.

Needed a quieter fan for the bedroom and living room. This one does the job. It is SUPER quiet!! Can barely hear it at the two lowest speeds and it does a great job circulating / blowing air.

Excellent for stuffy rooms that need a cooldown. The remote is quite useful if you're in bed or are in a hurry to switch the fan off. Only downside I can find is that the lights on higher speeds can be distracting if sleeping in the room with the fan active.

I ordered this fan online. I was excited when I received it today and I started to put together only to realize I'm missing several parts. I plugged the main part in and it seems to work great. Now if only I had the metal extension bar so I can attach it to the base. I only rate this poorly, due to the hassle I'm having to go through. I did plug in the fan and it seems to work great when I'm holding the main piece. I'm sure once I can put it in the upright position it will also do well. Until then... I have a fan wand. I've been on hold with Customer Service for 45 minutes. They continue to transfer me to different departments. I just want all the pieces I paid for. I would recommend this to a friend, but pick it up in-store.

I bought this to cool down my bedroom. When I put it together and plugged it in, it made a grinding noise when it oscillated. It seemed to go away, but would not go away were the indicator lights for the speed. Holy cow, it was like a big rig had turned its high beams on in my bedroom. Come on, Honeywell, if I'm supposed to use this to sleep, it shouldn't have lights on it that burn through my eyelids like a floodlight. No matter what else they did right with this, it's an epic fail and will probably go back to the store.

Does a great job and is quiet enough to use all night. Haven't had any issues with it!

Overall a good fan. Bought one a\bout 2 years ago and it had stopped working. It is hot where I live almost year around so the fan was continuously running, so it wasn't that much of a surprise when it went out. I had the Geek Sqaud Protection plan so the store exchanged it for me.

I love this fan! Every year my fan seems to break with in the first month of summer and I dread buying a new one, but this fan has already lasted me 4 months and it works fabulously!

Solid little fan for the price. Surprisingly powerful too and I love that it has a remote with a timer and 5 speed options. The fan is all in separate pieces so be prepared to build bit great fan for the money.
