    If the fan is not moving it is loud. Would not recommend if you want a quiet fan. Great air flow, quick oscillation. Rotates a good distance. Cheap.

    It's suppose to circulate the air. It really doesn't. It's not very strong either. I would return it but did not feel like lugging it back to the store.

    I got the fan as my whole town was sold out... So is thought I tried it for about 10 minutes it didn't push out air any harder than the clip fan that was currently in that room so I returned it.

    It is a bit quieter than other honeywells I've had but it's not as quiet as I was hoping. The airflow is lower but still good. You can still feel it about 10 ft away on low setting.
