Bought this in Dec for my 90+ mother. She has used it every night for the past 3 months and is very pleased with the performance. What she likes most is she can just use her Brita pitcher to fill it and doesn't have to take any tank out or flip anything upside down. A full fill can run for two nights, but she can also fill it whenever she wants - doesn't have to wait until it's empty to add more water. That way, it never runs out in the middle of the night. She has only cleaned it once, in the dishwasher, so simple and easy. No odor, partially due to using filtered water to fill it I suppose. The noise might bother some light sleepers, but others would find it soothing. She removes her hearing aids, so says it's no problem at all! The night light is also nice for her, and blue is not annoying. Cool mist means we don't have to worry about her getting scalded. Overall, it's everything we were looking for, and it's performing great! It works well for her large bedroom, but also helps the rest of her one level 1,500 sq foot condo. It's been a long, cold winter in IN, with the furnace running almost constantly, so this machine has had a good test, and passed with flying colors.

I had the same machine for multiple years and loved it. Neither of the two I purchased worked. When I brought the 2nd one back today, another person had just returned one too. Something is very wrong. Best Buy needs to stop selling them.

I bought this humidifier because of its water capacity, square footage use, and the reviews were good. I have had it a week now it is awesome! It does make some noise from the motor, not very loud mostly a small buzzing noise, but it does not bother me or my wife. If you are a light sleeper do not buy this one, it will be loud for you. We have it in a 166 sq ft. room and it does the trick. I am a heavy sleeper with allergies and it works great. Highly recommended.

It is dishwasher safe for most required components that need to be cleaned. It makes a little noise while running. Filter free. Full Tank last 1.5 day. Good for medium size room

The unit looks great and was easy to fill, and worked great until the nebulizer quit. Felt lucky that it was within the 2 year warranty period, only to discover that you had to pay to ship the non working unit to them, and pay for them to ship a new unit to you. Seems like you shouldn't have to pay to get a company to honor their warranty.

I bought it during last winter to replace a similar Honeywell model. Now it has decided to leak all over so back to the humidifier search AGAIN. I'm looking more upscale and longer lasting this time.

I bought this unit about two months ago for my son's room, to help with his dry sinuses. I was taken in by the Honeywell name and reputation for quality. The product worked okay, out of the box, but in setting it up, we discovered it has a tendency to make a hideous vibrating noise, sort of like a waterpik on steroids. After tinkering with it a bit, we eventually figured out that the small magnetic pump has to be seated EXACTLY correctly, in alignment with the magnetic motor that drives it. Problem solved, or so we thought. After a couple more complete cycles, the ion charcoal filter became clogged (at least we suspect that's what happened), and I read elsewhere that these cost $15 to replace. After 2 months?! Give me a break! It's a real shame... this is a great humidifier when it works. It puts out a nice mist, our son liked the blue "night light", and it created a nice low white noise (when it didn't sound like a cessna taking off), which helped our son sleep. I'm still going to tinker with it and see if I can get it to behave, but I'm not optimistic. My advice is definitely to look elsewhere.

I sleep with this by my bed every night. I like that I do not have to fill up every night. I keep a gallon jug to fill it up, makes it a lot easier. Easy to clean. I have to order the de-mineralization online.

Way too loud. Does a decent job, but so loud that it is not worth it. Planning to return.

Very adequate for single rooms, quiet and easy to use. However, after 3 weeks the first one started leaking. Exchanged it for another. After 1 week it made some odd noises and quit! Not the greatest quality in my experience.

I bought this at the store. Looked good and worked well for about 3 weeks. Then the pump stopped working. The power light is on but the whole thing is dead. Already we have another user reporting the same issue. So don't be fooled by the looks.

Love this humidifier, works well and does so very quietly. Only problem is my cats treat it like a drinkwell.

This product stopped working after 5 weeks. The pump started making strange noises after 5 week and the product became useless. Don't buy this product !

Used it for a few weeks and then the pump and the mist unit stopped working.
