I was sent the wrong item but other than that everything was fine. I was out of town and my contractor installed the product thinking it was what I ordered. Upon my return I had to send it back but had no box and bestbuy wouldn’t send it because it was brought on marketplace. I actually ordered it on the bestbuy website with my bestbuy credit card. Make sure to carefully read through items and disclaimer. Still waiting one new order for the right cooler and a refund.
