I had a stain I wanted to use this specifically on. And I was surprised it got it clean with minimal effort. Sprayed scrubbed and blotted dry. Waited to see how well it looked after cleaning. All gone with no trace. I also tried it on fresh stains to which it worked just fine. I try to follow directions but sometimes you need to put it out of its recommended ways to clean. And it still worked awesome. Highly recommend since I have a cat she she sometimes goes off and hides when she has an upset stomach. Many pet owners know what I may be talking about. This took care of that dried up stain no problem. Can't be more happier with the hoover oxy stain remover.

I have been a pet parent for the last decade, and have tried almost every product that promises to do better than the last, which doesn't often happen. The Oxy stain remover not only removed my dog's poopy stain (sorry for TMI) from his upset stomach, but the carpet doesn't have the same stench it usually does. Heads up, you only need a few sprays --- I am usually having to spray tons of product to get a good clean with my carpet stains, but with this product I sprayed too much and had to water it down and soak it up. Nice to finally have a good stain cleaner in the house again!

I used this to in conjunction with my Hoover OnePwr spot vac and it worked great! It removed pet stains with ease and did not leave a smell behind.

I tried the Hoover Oxy Tough Stain Remover on several different materials. The cleaner worked well on dirt stains on acrylic carpet and floor mats; just spray and leave for 10 minutes before blotting to remove the dirt. The Stain Remover did not work as well on tea and food stains on cotton. I think it would work best as a pre-spotter before using a floor or carpet cleaning machine, or on something you can throw in the wash.

I loved this. It worked fast and helped me deal with an old stain on my carpet that has bothered me for years. It made that patch of carpet look good. Followed the directions, sprayed, waited 10 minutes and then cleaned it with my carpet cleaner. No issues and the stain came out. Finally have something to deal with the spills from having 3 kids in the house. Very happy with this.

I had high expectation from this Hoover Oxy Satin Remover to destruct one of a tough stain on a table placement. I sprayed the stain and waited for 15 minutes but satin was slightly faded and still there. Not sure why? I repeated this process twice but it fades out the stain slightly. Repetition is required to remove stains even with using this oxy remover.

I like this stain product in that it actually took out a stain from our dog that other products did not. We did combine it with our Hoover one power machine that is what I think was the key since you are not supposed to scrub the carpet.

This is an amazing stain remover. naturally it's not going to get up the cranberry sauce from two Christmases ago but for instance things this is a great product. Definitely going to be having and buying more.
