We have used this cleaner on our puppy's accidents and it does a great job. The scent of the cleaner is very pleasant and it seems to remove any trace of the urine/feces, as the dog has never gone in the same spot (indicating a lack of attraction to a certain spot by smell). I would highly recommend this to anyone with pets!

We bought this product as the previous home owner had a dog and on some carpets you could tell. The product did a great job on cleaning the spots left by the dog, and left everything smelling fresh.

I have two pets and one is older (13). So accidents do happen with her, especially at night. Cleanser did a great job of removing old stains and left the room smelling fresh.

Bought this along with the Hoover carpet cleaner. It did a very good job on our carpet and left a very nice clean smell in the room. Highly recommend this shampoo.

This cleaning solution wired well. It is highly concentrated and goes a long way. Even after a few weeks I can still smell a clean smell in the rooms cleaned.

I used this cleaner with my Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe Carpet Upright Deep Cleaner Red FH50150 and it pulled out almost every stain ive accumulated over a year and left a fresh smell

I have three cats and sometimes, they get sick on the carpet. I was tired of buying the spray carpet cleaner once a month so I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner. I had read other reviews that this product really works and it does! I use it whenever the cats get sick and it takes away the stain and the odor with one treatment. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a product to do exactly what it advertises.

The smell is very nice and it got out all of the pet stains in my carpet.

We have a cat who got sick and had an accident in our family room. We used Pet Plus Pet stain and odor remover and it worked wonders to get that nasty ammonia smell out of the carpet. The only downfall is that it must not have gotten deep enough to remove all odors as she has since decided to make that same area her new toilet even though she's better. Works to remove smells for human noses, not that of a cat.

Lifted grease stains out of my carpet. It also took mold and coke stains out -- which really surprised me. A can of coke had leaked onto my carpet without me knowing until it had dried hard with a little mold growing. Used this product and lifted all of the stains out -- took a couple of passes with the rug cleaner but it did the job.

Spots...spots everywhere. Pet stains, what an embarrassment. I was told never buy a light colored rug, but even with a darker rug...the stains and the odor, wow. The machine was only half of the magic here, this shampoo in hot water really works! Get the good stuff like this and your time and effort won't feel wasted.

With 2 dogs, one getting on in years, the Hoover Pet Plus gets my carpets clean and leaves my home smelling clean, too. There is no overwhelming flowery or chemical scent - just a nice neutral clean. And I've used it on my white canvas summer bag with great results. Very pleased with the product.
