I have off-white carpet, both plush and berber. This works especially well on plush carpet. I would still pretreat any really bad or set in stains, but this product does a great job. Better than the Bissell product.

Does a wonderful job and leaves carpets feeling soft and clean.

We have 2 dogs, so we get to use this more often than I'd like. It does a good job removing dirt and pet stains from our thick carpet. And it leaves a nice smel in the room. Don't forget to rinse with clean water after washing.

got smell out of room where we could not see or find cause. two pass of full visible carpet area and odor was gone. worked for us, son complained about new smell of cleaning solution after done. stayed strong in room for two or three days. open window turn on fan.

I bought this cleaner to rid any evidence of the odors and grime my pets left behind and by gosh it did! I used the rinse cycle on the machine as to remove any residue left over and my carpet was clean and smells great.

If you own pets this is the carpet shampoo to use. Love it!!!

used on competitors machine but worked perffectly. It took the smell out in 2 runs. The first time it was almost gone, by the second the smell was compleatly gone. Good stuff. Oddor was cat urine (yuck)

Good product, not sure if it is effective at remove odors or not. Time will tell.

I had pet stains on my carpet and it did the job. I had hired a professional carpet cleaner and it cost me more than my carpet cleaner machine. My carpet looks as good as it did with professional!!

I would recommend this cleaner to anyone purchasing the carpet cleaner from Best Buy. I do personally like the woolight version better but this is equally as effective on hard stains and residue.

The solution works, after a disastrous pet accident I used the cleaning solution and it got the stains and smell out of the carpeting which was amazing. You have to use a lot of solution per cleaning, in my opinion, but the bottom line is that it works.

product had a pleasant smell. wasn't to over bearing. I m sensitive to strong smelling cleaning products, I found this one to be good. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to clean their carpets on their own.

Not the most exciting product I have bought lately but at half off it was a great deal. Works well with our carpet shampoo vacuum. The wife was happy and that's all that matters.

One of my dogs had a big accident on our carpet and we used this cleaner to kill the smell while we shampooed our carpet. Works great! I recommend all pet owners to get one.
