I replaced my Shark Rotator with this. I really loved my shark, but the hose snapped in half in the middle, and started coming apart in another part. Unfortunately I bought it online, so I decided to purchase a new vacuum instead of sending it in under warranty. So far I really like this Hoover. I think it does a better job sucking up stuff than my Shark, especially on the hard floors. It's easy to use and light. The only thing I don't like is that I have to insert the hose into the vacuum in order to use the handle attachment, but that's it for negative attributes.

This is a great little vacuum. Serves my purpose well. Has good suction, is light weight, and easy to steer. Love the attachments.

I do not know much about vacuums but can not say anything bad about this one so far. It's pretty light, good suction and has nice extensions which seem to be perfect for my apartment. I have a different vacuum at another home and it was lousy. Bulky heavy just OK. This was cheaper and far better.

This vacuum is light weight and pivots nicely. It also has very good suction power and a decent amount of included attachments.

Purchased a new vacuum even though our old one still worked. This vacuum is much quieter and has great suction. The only thing that irks me about it is that the vacuum cleaner is not designed with features to house all the attachments that you can use with the vacuum cleaner. A bag is provided to store them, but that just means the attachments are never conveniently with you where ever you are cleaning when you want that special tool. I find this very strange.

This vacuum works good. Has helpful attachments also. The only things I don't like about it is its self propelled but still Alittle heavy if your not a strong person and the fact that if you want to use the handle you have to disconnect the hose and plug it in on another part of the machine. Would be more convenient to have a switch that turns the hand attachment on. But for the price suction is really good and I like the easyness of emptying the canister

Easy to use. Very compact and attachments are handy. Easy to switch from carpet to hard floor.

The Hoover air is very good vacuum. I love the long cord, accessories and extraordinary suction but when utilizing the hand held attachment the suction is so powerful it does'nt allow the hose to extend to its limits with having to apply a strong tug and then then have to hold it with your free hand making this a 2 hand operation also when this is done the rest of the unit just falls over, it's not stable at all.

I enjoy my new purchased. its light weight which makes it easy for me to work with. this item is something I should have purchased a very long time ago. I can use it on carpet and hardwood floors. I have told my mom, my sisters and my aunt to purchase one. The price was not very high and I truly believe they will purchase this item. This is the best product I have purchased this year. Got the pet hair model. It really picks up the hair / fur. I sweep the carpet 3 times and looks like I made another small door. Hoover really sucks!

It's a great vacuum with plenty of power for how light it is. The accessories are easy to use and I like that it comes with a little bag to put them in that hangs in the closet easily. No need to attach them so they can just fall off while using it. Price is also an attractive benefit. It works just as well as my old Dyson but I only paid a fraction as much. We'll see if it lasts as long.

We have primarily hardwood floors and bought it to help clean rugs. It actually works well on both the rugs and the hardwood. Good suction power, picks up dirt and pet hair very well!

I bought this for our home after our older Hoover finally gave it up. My wife says this is the best vacuum cleaner she has ever had. It really takes up loads of dirt that the older machine had left behind. It's lightweight and easy to use, and for the price, this unit can't be beat. I can't imagine a $300 or $400 vacuum cleaner doing it better. She loves this machine.

I'm not sure why this Hoover Air steerable only falls in the middle of Consumer Reports ratings for uprights. I was seduced by the single hand steerable aspect and the long 30 foot cord. I bought it from Best Buy at a favorable price; My early finding is that it gets the job done well with far less effort than most that I've owned in my lifetime!

Purchased this Vacuum because I have laminate floors. Really pulls and cleans debris from areas hard to reach and the attachments are great.

Since we own a dog, we knew we would need one that would pick up dog hair etc. Not only does it pick up the hair, it always fluffs the carpet very well. Better than my old vacuum that costs much more than this one. It comes with attachments that are easy to use. Great price for a great vacuum. You honestly can't go wrong with this vacuum.

I have vinyl floors and ceramic tile floors. I have always used a broom and pan and it works, but I didn't know how big of a difference a vacuum truly makes! It picks up so much more than I could ever do so with a dust pan. I don't think I'll ever live without a vacuum again, especially one like this one that is so light and easy to use.

This model is light and easy to use. Also the steering feature is nice to have. If their were any negatives about this model, it would be the lack of its ability to carry attachments for cleaning on board, and the location of the cord wind up. It is mounted low, which means if you have a sore back it's gonna be painful to rewind the cord.

Saves me lots of time. Light, compact, easy to use
