    I was not impressed with this item. I expected more from the most expensive floor mate. I've owned one for years and loved them, buying a newer model every other year. This one being cordless interested me, however the charge is short and the water container is small. Also the one that I received has a defect and the water just continuously pours out all over the floor. I wanted to take it back but was told that because I owned the Hoover for more than 15 days (it was 17 days) that Best Buy would not take it back and let me buy a different model. I would recommend the corded Hoover FloorMate and would advise the purchaser that if they buy it from Best Buy to start using it immediately in case they have any issues.

      Hi HooverUser73! Oh no, that shouldn't have happened. This sounds like something our technicians will need to take a look at. This model carries a 2 yr warranty against manufacturing defects.     If the quality is good, the Cleaner did a good job. I bought this guy in Mar 7, 2016. It broke 3 month ago and sent it to fix. After 3 month now, It broke again.

    i have a large home and half way through cleaning the battery dies...other then short battery life it is a good product
