Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really had high hopes for this product. My best friend LOVES it so I took her recommendation. I have two toddlers and a dog with bamboo floors throughout the house. Needless to say we have plenty to vacuum and steam. We have used a 'Shark' for the last 1.5 years (it broke) and thought it was time to try a new product. My husband used this product and was not impressed - I thought it was user error - until I tried it. My dog left remnants of a toy that should have vacuumed up pretty easy - and they didn't. As i used the steam portion, the floor didn't dry as well as I would have liked. When I stopped the steamer it left a dirty puddle of water on the floor - yuck! I was not impressed - returning today and going back to the shark.

After a few runs in the kitchen, it was obvious the rotating scrubbing brushes could not do the same scrubbing as getting on my hands and knees so we decided to return it. The vacuum is built extremely well and the instructions are so easy. Hoover even includes a full bottle of cleaning detergent while other manufacturers will just give you a sample bottle. I wanted to like this vacuum so much but it just didn't do the job.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i only had this two weeks and am taking it back today i have two big dogs and 3 kids and a lot of hard floors to clean and i though this would be easyer but its not sucking up all the water it puts out and leaving the dirt still there its not scrubbing well enofe. very unhappy i was excited to get this now i am bummed out

Don't buy this...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I though this was going to be the answer to all my prayers. A vacuum and wet floor cleaner in one! Not so much. I was disappointed to learn that the vacuum and we floor cleaner had to be done separately. So I vacuumed first which worked okay. Then I used the floor scrubber with the Hoover cleaner for wood floors. My floor still looked dirty when I was done! Maybe another cleaner would have worked better but the instructions manual specifically says not to use anything in it but the Hoover cleaner. Really a let down!
