This product is really well made. Comes with two batteries since it does die fairly quickly. Turns off automatically if it sucks something that is too big which is really nice so it doesn't destroy the vacuum. I havent had any issues so far with it other than it being fairly top heavy and falling a handful of times.

Fantastic vacuum, works better than any vacuum I've ever had but the battery life is horrendous. I mean wow it is terrible. If you're choosing between this and the single battery version, definitely go with this. The way I use it is, I make sure both batteries are charged, when one finishes, I put it to charge and put the replacement in and continue using it. Repeating this process along with keeping the vacuum in eco mode allows it to work out but seriously one battery is not nearly enough.

This vacuum is a good buy it has 2 batteries it's got good power suction the one thing against it I don't like is is the end of it's end of it it's the heaviest part it's part of the vacuum you mean it's where the sucks and goes all the dust and dirt goes and I'm in a wheelchair So it makes it a little difficult for me me but it is a good bond I would recommend it one other thing the the part

Good Stick Vacuum, But Could Be Better

This Hoover OnePWR comes into a crowded field of wire free vacuums, so it has a big job ahead of it to be "different". It comes well packaged and in great condition. The system has several attachments to allow for multiple cleaning capabilities. It also has the wall mount which many others charge extra for. The Hoover definitely looks different with its dust bin sideways as opposed to in line with the hose. I don't think that orientation either hurts or helps. It does the "cyclone" action of the other competitors, and it works well. It has several modes; hard floor (full power), carpet (full power with powered head) and Eco (low power, but longer battery life). The Eco mode only picks up the lightest of dirt, so I didn't use it much. The hard floor and carpet modes are much better at cleaning. The LED-lighted head is really bright and reveals dog hair and dirt otherwise not seen. Cleaning is relatively simple affair, as one side of the dirt cup opens to dump the dust, and the other opens to clean the cyclone area. I was able to keep it cleaner than other stick vacuums. The battery time on carpet for me was around 6 to 7 minutes on a fully charged battery. Having two batteries to complete the whole house (around 2000 sq ft) is a must... Especially with the fact that Eco mode just wasn't strong enough to really do much. Which brings me to the fact that for some reason, although much more versatile than many of it's competitors, the Hoover just wasn't that great at picking up loose items on our hardwood floors. It did well on carpet and rugs in carpet mode, but the hard floor mode just knocked things around, as opposed to sucking them up. I will keep using to hopefully break it in so it can get better, but right now its a minus. Overall, this is a good product worthy of your consideration, but make sure that it has enough power for you.

Very happy with this product and like that it came with two batteries. We have two dogs and this picks up all the hair and is very easy to do the stairs. The only real downside is that the batteries charge on a charger and not as part of the hanger like the dyson; that being said I still like it.

This vacuum is simply awesome! The power and ease of use with switching the attachments back and forth. This vacuum has more power than the Dyson we just replaced. The Dyson we had for about 10 years just stopped working.
It picks up all of the dust in the hard to reach corners of our house. The Dyson never did that. I was actually having fun cleaning with this vacuum! The house looks like the day we moved in!
The only downside is that the battery only lasts about a half hour on full blown, high octane power. But, you do get two batteries and they may last longer on a different setting. I haven’t had the chance to play with the power settings.
I would highly recommend this product.

For a cordless, it's as good as any. like all of them, they are a little heavy at the top because that's where the battery and motor are but, it works well so, we're pleased enough. It's not going to knock your socks off - it just does a good job.

This vacuum is light and does a good job picking up dirt. I would recommend it to a friend.
The only drawback is that the battery does not have great endurance. It's a good thing it comes with 2 batteries.

We were looking for a stick vacuum with the ability to replace the battery so that when (not if) the battery does go bad we would not have to replace the entire vacuum. This one fits that requirement and it works well too! It is a little heavier than my wife would like, but not so much to make it uncomfortable, but it’s capacity for dust and debris is smaller than she would like, causing her to stop work to empty the bin quite often. Again, just a slight annoyance which does not prevent her from her feeling good about this machine.

Lots of hair gets caught in the roller. Thankfully, the roller comes out easily for cleaning.
Also, the dust collection area and associated filter come completely apart easily for cleaning. Dump the dust from one end, remove the filter to clean it from the other end. Comes with 2 batteries, so if one dies on you, you have a spare.
The suction is much more powerful than other cordless vacuums in this process range that I've used before.

The Hoover ONE PWR cordless system has very good suction. That is its strong point. I normally use a central vac to vacuum 6 carpeted rooms and the hallway weekly and I clean with a carpet cleaner every 6 months. When I used the Hoover vac, I was amazed at the amount of dirt and hair it picked up that the central vac and cleaning machine missed. I got too close to a rag that I thought was outside its reach and it sucked it up before I could even start to reach down and grab it. It has a relatively small swivel head that makes it easy to get around and under furniture. It also has an LED light on the brush head that makes it easy to see what’s ahead.
The unit has 3 modes - carpet, default and ECO. Carpet mode has the most suction and ECO mode the least. Run time per battery charge is longest for ECO and shortest for Carpet. It comes with a battery charger for one battery. I would strongly recommend a dual charger with spare battery as the battery dies quickly and takes over an hour to recharge.. That is the weak point of this unit.
The advertised run time per battery charge is 35 minutes, but in the carpet mode, I had to change the battery 3 times to clean 6 rooms. There are battery charge indicators on the wand. Three white bars indicate max charge. Within 1 minute I was down to 2 bars and within 5 minutes the battery light was red. A few times the unit apparently over heated, as it would turn itself off intermittently – especially in areas where the carpet pile was higher.
Default mode worked well on indoor/outdoor carpet in the garage. However, I still got less than 10 minutes of use per charge. I got no more than 15 minutes run time on ECO mode.
The battery, dust cup and motor are at the top of the unit, making it fairly heavy for such a small unit. With the drapery attachment it can be used to clean draperies, but because of the weight, it’s hard to hold it up for any length of time.
I found that the dust cup was easy to remove and dump, but removing hair and dust covering the metal screen required disassembling it by removing the filter end of the dust cup, which wasn’t as easy. There are positioning arrows on the dust cup and main unit to line them up for reassembly but they are paper stickers. It would be helpful if the arrows could be imprinted on the unit itself because they will disappear as soon as the stickers come off.
Because of the extremely short run time, I found the Hoover ONE PWR to be most useful for small jobs and hard surface flooring. The minimal endurance in carpet mode was disappointing, as it did a fantastic job of cleaning. With better endurance I could give up the central vac and use this as my primary household vacuum.

We have purchased a smaller home and have laminate flooring throughout. Due to less storage area we decided to give one of these stick vacuums a try. It gets under furniture very easily and seems to do the job well. This particular model came with two batteries and they are needed since a battery lasts no more than 30 minutes and takes longer to charge.
