it does a great job but it didnt have attachents in the box i order on line im not sending it back because i live too far away and the store dont have one on stock ....trying to get ahold of hoover many emails but no reponds .. dont need a new one just want the attachents the reason i bought this one was so i could clean my couch too ....

I have multiple animals and black dirt for a yard. I can grab this and clean an accident off the carpet in no time and with very little effort. Once a month at least I clean the entire house (yep fully carpeted) and never break a sweat. This is very easy to use and maintain!

Easy to use..light and great suction..Easy to assemble.

It work excellent for the price. The scrub brushes really get down to it on surface dirt. And it does have power to get down and clean below the surface. Not as good as a professional cleansing service. But it gets the job done.

I bought this carpet cleaner almost a year ago and it never disappoints. I bought it to remove dog urine from the carpet in my apartment but it does so much more than that. The black water shows all the dirt and gunk in the carpet so I would also recommend it to anyone that doesn't have pets.

This work horse of a shampooer has helped us quite a bit. Its nice to clean just a section of carpet or upholstery..dries quick...and cleans well. However I do think the parts seem like they might wear over time and start leaking. Finger crossed as this hasnt happened yet.

I've always rented carpet cleaners, but this time with the pandemic situation of covid-19, I decided to buy one. After reading the reviews for different models/brands, I decided for the Hoover - Power Scrub Elite. It did a great job, left the carpets clean and was easy to use.

This thing does an amazing job! How often is it that you buy something that exceeds your expectations anymore?! I had some high traffic area stains that a professional steam cleaning failed to get out but this thing did! Deep cleaning scrubbing! And the carpet is completely dry the next day!

This unit works really well. The attachments are easy to take apart and clean as well.

We’ve used several times for both spot treating and entire room cleaning. Cleanup is a breeze and the unit itself is very light compared to other machines we’ve used. Easy to get up and downstairs as well as navigate tight spaces.

I had a different carpet cleaner before I got the Hoover this thing is great it way out cleans the Bissell we had before, had a couple spots on the carpet that didn’t come up with the Bissell used the Hoover and just like magic they are gone. Would definitely recommend this Hoover Carpet Cleaner

I had an earlier version of this carpet cleaner that I liked but after the 10th use the unit disintegrated and shot ball bearings all over.the new unit is powerful and does a good job. The trick being getting as much water extracted as possible. It has great concentrated suction How many cleanings i get out of it remains to be seen. 4 so far

It works well on easy clean up it's easy to handle the clean water in the dirty water it's easier to get that out of the containers and dry it up it's easy to clean the brush heads and that's important

This is a very good product for a small family. I purchased it when I came across a quote that rug cleaning would require few $ per square feet. I could use this to clean about 6 rugs. Later, I cleaned my old house. This is really handy, easy to operate. Cleaning is easy tool

High usage at our home with dogs :-) and dirty shoes. Easy to fill and to empty. Great design and love the heat function. Definitely prefer Hoover over other major brands that we have had in the past.

I bought this cleaner to save money instead of having to have professionals come into my home few times a year and it was worth the money. I bought it during Black Friday week and saved money. I saw the same cleaner at Home Depot but was NOT going to overpay on same the product. It was easy to assemble. It took me a few passes to work and understand it. I recommend buying a separate cleaning solution because the sample pet carpet solution it comes with wasn't enough to clean a hallway, living room, and 2 bedrooms. This cleaner doesn't completely remove those tough to remove spots. My dog cut himself and the blood didn't completely come off. You could still see essence of the spots after the first cleaning. A few days after I bought Oxy spot cleaner and that did the trick. Recently I've experienced where it didn't suck up the water unless I shut it off and readjusted the tank where the dirty water is collected. It got pretty annoying when i had to do it 4x during the cleaning. Overall, I do recommend this cleaner especially if you have pets.

I purchased for my wife who fell in love with it right away. The deep cleaning power is amazing. The assembly was simple enough that she put it together while I was at work. With 3 dogs keeping things clean is a must. This cleaner goes above and beyond what we both expected.

Wish i had a before and after picture. I had major stains in my living room carpet. My Wife wanted to take the carpet out. I bought this with some zep concentrate, i pre sprayed it went over it 3 times with this bad boy and i have a brand new carpet. Rated it a 4 and it probably should be a 5. It took me 3 times to go over it. Highly recommend!

Amazed! I wish I would taken a before and after picture of my carpet at my office. It cleaned it so well, we are talking years and years of stains and mess that it got up. Best carpet cleaner I’ve ever seen.

I had my doubts if this could clean a carpet that had the lived in look from a husband and 2 cats. But it was great, made the carpet look like new !!! It was a little heavy, so I would stop after every room. But I could see doing a room a month next time. Great product !
