I didn’t need to fill it as much as other one I have used, which made me get the job done quicker! Down side was you have to go and rinse the carpet- but this almost all the carpet cleaners out there now!!

Good product of you get it somewhere else

It’s a little bulky and hard to maneuver, but gets the job done. Best Buy service is awful and their prices are never the best. Sometimes you get lucky and they are competitive on pricing, but you will never get the best deal here.
