2 dogs and and toddler make this very necessary. Up until a few weeks ago, this was doing everything it was designed to do. After a cleaning session, I noticed what looked like a crack on the dirty water tank. I've treated this machine as if it were made of glass, so I couldn't figure out why there was a crack. Upon further inspection, I discovered that one of the "locking tabs" had completely worn down to the point of falling off. For something that is classified as "ELITE", this proved to be rather MID in the durability department. Luckily, I purchased the Geek Squad protection, however I don't think I'll be replacing this machine with the same one. I'd rather spend a few bucks more and get something that will hold up longer than a few months of use.

I use this machine to clean up after two young kids and a dog. The machine works as advertised as long as the proper prep work is done. There are some stains that a homeowner grade cleaner is just not going to lift. That said its good for those maintenance cleanings between professional cleanings

Unit functions well and is easy to use. Short power cord.

Seems to do the job and the tanks are pretty large so you don’t have to empty them as often. It sometimes stops scrubbing the carpet and spraying water until you stop it and restart it when it’s gets close to being full.

Belts broke shortly after purchase, after maybe 30 days. Cleaning was fine for the value, but overall I would not recommend this. Ended up purchasing a more powerful unit later on.

For the price on Black Friday, I was not expecting great, but I have shampooed 3 carpets and it does a great job. The tamks for water and solution hold a perfect amount and the fill tank as well. Have to say it was a great buy. Dry time is way better than expected.

This shampooer has saved us! We bought a cheap one to get us by till we could buy a better one, and we are ashamed we ever did. We have kids and pets, which means constant messes. This shampooer is GREAT for getting stains out, and really DEEP cleaning! You're missing out if you don't have one.

This new model is a big improvement over the older model I had. The water container, and the dirty water containers are easier to remove, and replace. It is well worth the money,
