This cleaner was SUPER easy to set up and use! It only took me about 5 min to set up and within 10 I was using it. It works super well! The water after I shampooed my carpets was brown and disgusting! Also very easy to clean and empty once you are done.

Bought this to replace an older model that had a cracked hose. This model is a little more complicated to switch from floor use to handheld tool use. Not difficult, mind you, but for someone who had the older model, a little more involved. Otherwise, no issues. Great value.

It does what it's supposed to do. It works well but I do believe it has a few downfalls. First, it is very bulky and heavy. There are competitors who use smaller, more weight efficient devices that work the same way or even better. Secondly, I feel as if the suction can be a little bit stronger. After going over the carpet several times it still was very wet and I had to run some fans in fear of developing mildew. Also, the reliability of Hoover products aren't the worse but neither are they the best. This is my 3rd Hoover. I bought this because there was a huge sale and I figured it was well worth the price.

I have had this for about a month, I have used it a few times and it has done a wonderful job with pet messes. My carpet comes out so clean and looks new after each use. My only gripe about it is where they have to store the tools, my tool didn’t stay on so I had to find some place in my Closet to keep it. Also, most carpet cleaners have full lines, this does not so you are guessing how much solution and water to use. I also don’t love the way you attach the tools to use them. It could be a simpler process. However, despite all of that i am happy with my purchase as it does a great job doing what it is meant to do.

We were renting a vacuum for 24 hour rental for $50 each time. We have a cat and two kids! So we invested in this and it has been great for our carpet and fabric couch. Well worth it!

I love this carpet cleaner with the boost button for added cleaning. I had an older model and loved that one too until the motor went out on it. I have rental properties and it gets used a lot!

After reading reviews, ratings, etc I decided to purchase this product! Worth every penny! It was cheaper to buy this one time than rent or hire a carpet/rug/ furniture cleaning service. Very happy!

It's built just like my grandmas. It's doesn't have a lot of high tech buttons it is literally a steam cleaner does a great job easy to use and light weight

This SteamVac is great! It was easy to assemble and only took about fifteen minutes to figure out. I would say this is quieter than my vacuum cleaner. My carpet looks so much better now.

This carpet cleaner works great. Very easy to handle. Only draw back is using the upholstery fitting, the directions were hard to understand, at least for me, my husband figured it out though.

It did a really good job cleaning our carpet. I do think it is easier to use with two people because you need to dump the dirty water and replace the clean water with the soap quite often.

My last carpet cleaner was so hard to push this one is so easy. I also like the fact it steam cleans

Did a lot of research before I purchased this. Fit my needs and the price was great. Easy to put together..not much to assemble. Clear instructions. A Winner!

I use this all the time, especially after getting a puppy and going through the whole potty training phase. Will clean anything!!

The Hoover SteamVac Plus Carpet Cleaner is a great value for the price. The Hoover is an excellent Carpet Cleaner. I was well pleased with its performance.

Glad I bought this model.i was going TO go with the model below this one but happy I spent a little more to get this one.
