It works as expected, on both carpet and tile floors. Nice clean up. Not very expensive. Perfect for light messes

This is a great vacuum cleaner with enough features for our use. The only complaint I have, which is minor, is that the retractable cord is not long enough. However, as I said, this is minor. I also like the very easy lint and trash cleaning.

Quite disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Even my saleman love his model too. It worked fine the first round, but the second time it had trouble with the suction and shortly after that it wouldn't turn on again. Then I bought a Windtunnel Max display model, but it didn't last a day. It started with too much suction and then started making a loud clanking sound. Took it back and got a Bissel Total Floors Pet 61c5w. So far pretty good, great suction, 40 ft cord, but no rewind, clear tube, but too short, Fabreeze filter smells great. Haven't use the crevice tool feature. Love the bagless feature!

great vacuum. works and sucks up a lot of stuff but very expensive. you get what you pay for.

I bought this vacuum a few months ago and couldn't be happier. It was able to clean up what my moher's vacuum could not. I would highly recommend for those with pets. It worked wonders and the price was great.

I was after an inexpensive vacuum that was bagless and had a retracting cord and that is what I got. Used it for a few months now and nothing has broken.

Vacuum preformed fantastic. We didn't realize how poor our old vacuum was preforming. Our carpets look refreshed.

I like when products make my life simpler and this is one of them. I love the easy release of the no-bag canister and that I don't have to really ever touch the dust and that makes me happy!

Got it from friend, and tried it couple of times. It works great on dusts, but a little less effective on pet hairs etc. It's a little heavy to carry around, but it is ok when you vacumming. One nice thing is that there's no Over Heat Protection feathure which I saw from other vacumm. My another vacumm will stop working once it's over heat, which needs to be let cool for 15~20 min.

This vacuum seems to be engineered to be conviently used with the exception of the retractable cord. At this point suction is good and I am pleased overall with the performance.

This is my second one. My daughter moved into her first college apartment and I bought my first house. As her place is really small I gave her my first one almost two years old and still runs like a champ. So I bought a new one for my house which is almost 2100 square feet. Though I bought belts when I bought the first one, I still have not had to change the belt. Buy this vacuum and you will be happy. I just wish it had a bare floor feature that turns off the brushes. I bought because it is highly rated by Consumer Reports. Take care of this vacuum and clean the filters periodically and it will take care of you.

just got this a month ago and works very well. its not the toughest thing built in the world and i can see i have to take care of it but then again thats just about everything these days. got the 2 year protection and if it lasts that long im happy for the price. its just my wife, me, and our cat and if we were a bigger family id prolly get something built better with bigger canister for the dirt. for us its great.

This we a great price for a new vacuum. I don't have pets and only have a few rugs. I like that the attachments are handy and that the cord is retractable. So far no complaints

it works well picks up more dirt my last one! all i can say is i have no problems with it.

I did return the first vacuum cleaner due to missing connection, but purchased same one and brought home and tried immediately. The vacuum cleaner worked so good that I am embarrassed by amount of dirt picked up. I cleaned canister twice for one room and another two times for three additional rooms. works GREAT and I would recommend to anyone.

we bought this vac after CR said it was their pick over Dyson and man were they right. Lots of suction and re-wind cord is cool. easy to empty canister also.
