We've been a Hoover family ever since marriage. My wife does all the housework, even at 80 so we need something that makes the job easier. Hoover is it, especially this latest one.

Overall great value. Made me switch from 6 yeah dyson history. Tools are great suction is great.

DOES THE JOB AND IS EASY TO TAKE CARE OF AND STORING IT IS NO PROBLEM. WE WOULD BUY IT AGAIN!!

I've been using it for a bit and it's totally changed my area rugs for the better. The hardwood flooring to rug is always a little tough, but its handles it pretty well. I guess it would be nice if it was a little lighter, but I'd rather have the heft and get everything up, then to have a light vacuum and have it suck(in a bad way).

I was not expecting to buy a vacuum, but my previous vacuum from Eureka stopped functioning at the most inconvenient time, i.e., in the middle of cleaning out my apartment for a move. I did not want to shell out too much money so I looked up consumer reports and saw that this vacuum was one of the best ones for the price. I bought it and have been very pleased with it. It cleans really well, comes with an assortment of accessories, and is easy to clean once the job is done. I would highly recommend this product if someone is looking to buy a vacuum that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Good vacuum for the price. Does a good job picking up surface dirt and dirt embedded in carpet. Dirt cup easy to remove from vacuum and empty. Don't know how well it would clean with pet hair in the mix. Like the fact it has retractable power cord. It has no on/off switch for brush head when using on bare floor or to clean a couch. All tools carried onboard.

I had an older vacuum cleaner for some time now and with two cats, it seemed my carpets were not getting cleaned. I did my research and found that the Hoover - Wind Tunnel HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum was the one to get. Lots of positive reviews. So, I decided to buy it...best thing I've done yet. I had vacuumed only two carpets/rooms, and I had to clean out the canister...it was full of dirt & cat hair, nasty. I finished the rest of the house w/ amazement...cannot believe there was so much dirt/cat hair within the carpets. And then that's when the carpets looked cleaned, finally. Yup, I'm sold on this item. It was on sale, so, that was a pleasant surprise as well. I hope this one last a long time.

Outstanding Hoover quality as expected. Light weight, and many convenient features. Have noticed on thick carpet however, that sometimes we must go over areas twice to get up all dog hair.

After weeks of searching on the web for prices and ratings on several sites, and in consumer books, we got this to replace our over ten year old one that died. It's been fine so far and is really a very good value for what we spent at Best Buy. Hope it lasts for years, but for what we paid we could have got 2 or more of them for less than some others not rated as well.

I looked forward to a new vacuum after my 35-year-old self-propelled Hoover was showing its age. This vacuum had a lot of potential, but I had to return it after one use. The belt snapped in half (broke) after only one use on a thicker-pile carpet. The cord self-rewind feature may be great for some people, but you have to pull out the cord virtually all the way anyway or risk pulling the cord out of the wall when vacuuming a larger room. Everything is made of cheap, flimsy plastic parts these days. Even without a bagless feature, my 35-year-old self-propelled Hoover is still humming along, so I guess I'll keep it until it completely dies....

I considered buying a more expensive vacuum, but decided to trust consumer reports. This vacuum rated #2 just below $400 bagless upright. This works great and is lightweight.

I could not be more pleased and it is comparatively quiet. Nice color.

Great vacuum for the price I paid. I love the color and how light weight it is. All the multiple cleaning tools makes my job around the house much easier and quicker.

I absolutely love it. I don't have to worry about my two toddlers dropping crumbs around the house or my dogs fur anymore it picks up all of that and then some.

Low noise, yet powerful. I don't mind vacuuming now.

this is a nice sweeper, easy to use, great pickup and very easy to clean out. great price-if only lasts a few years it was definately a great purchase!

Very good value for a bagless upright. (I checked Consumers Reports first) It seems to clean very well. I like to retractible cord too. I'd just suggest dumping container outside because it is messy.

This vacuum picks up better than my Dyson ever did. It's quieter and I love the option of having a retractable cord.

Just works. Nothing to really dislike. Got it for my girlfriend as a present and she's in love with it!

Great job and handles much better than any vacuum I've used in many, many years!!
