I bought this since we have a cat, it worked fine for the first couple of months and it stop working. I took it apart and clean all the possible places that need to be cleaned. So I called the services number and was told to take it to the local repair shop. Had to pay to get it clean. It turned out that duct was clogged. If I was given instruction to clean the duct when I called the service number I would have saved some money.

This is a base model vaccuum. No power drive. Large refuse container. The only extra is a cord retrieval button at the bottom.

This vacuum couldn't keep up with the pet debris and kept clogging easily.

I have a dog and no matter how much I vacuum I still find dog hair. Since purchasing the Hoover wind tunnel 2 this is a problem of the past. It removes unwanted hair as well as pet odor.

The first time I used this, I filled up almost an entire container. I keep a very clean home but I have carpet and a chihuahua. The carpet is several years old. I guess my old vacuum wasn't picking up everything so I'm glad I got this one.

I purchased the Hoover wind tunnel because I prefer Hoover vacuums and I am happy with my purchase. Not only was the price a real bargain, but the vacuum collects way more dust and pet hair than I imagined possible.

this vacumm very good, i like it . I will recommend to my friend.

I probably used this once a week and after a month the motor gave out. I used it on carpet and hard flooring. It is extremely loud, rough to maneuver and inconvenient.
