Negatives: it lacks edge cleaning power, it lacks a place to store the turbo tool which is a bit annoying, and I am not very fond of the 2-in-1 tool, not very practical.

It works awesome on hardwood floors! The swivel head is great, it can reach way under beds, cabinets and hard to reach places. I'm very happy that I purchased this product over any other recommended produced on the shelf. My family is very happy and satisfied. We will recommend this to family and friends.

Easy to maneuver, quality of product is solid. Easy to transition from floor to hose. Does not have a retractable cord and doesn't come equipped with a lot of extra tools. Has only been used lightly 6-8 times, so I can't speak to the longevity of the product.

Very light with lots of suction

It's very light and it has a lot of suction power. However, this suction power sometimes makes it hard to push the vacuum through the carpet. It would be great if we can somehow throttle this power down.

Posted .Hi RGcleaner, try setting the air valve dial to the "R" in floor. That will lighten up the suction power that's going to you floor and make it easier to maneuver. Hope this helps.

The vacuum is versatile and moves well across the tile floor. Based on the results it seems the vacuum is able to remove most of surface dust.

The suction is powerful and I've been able to use it on bare floor and my fabric sofa. It's truly picked up more dust than I was even able to see... So far great product!
