It is very hard to give advise on product like this because it depends what you need for. My experience with this vacuum cleaner is good. Very nice product.

Great well made not too expensive vacuum cleaner for our small office. Glad I bought it I spending much less and getting very comparable feature than the dyson

After reading Consumer Reports in October, we decided on the Hoover unit over Dyson and other models. In a comparison with family and friends, this unit matches Dyson in every area and at a lower cost!

This is very good vacuum. I had one other bagless and didn't like it. It is a little top heavy. Just takes getting used to.

Have been a long time Hoover user and am pleased to see that this new model has all the mobility I need to go around and under furniture. Easy use on floor to carpet.

I loved my Dyson, but was ready for a new vacuum. This one is great. In fact I bought a second onefor the basement the next time I saw it on sale

good suction power. no so good on stairs. miss my self propelled wind tunnel.

This is a great vacuum. I just wish the brushes would not quit rotating so often. They will start right back up. But that isn't the point here.

We had been looking for a product like this for some time now. Definitely got our monies worth.

I like the vacuum, it does a great job picking up dust and dirty that was not possible with my previous hoover 2 vaccum

but the belt breaks at least once a year, although easy to replaice

I bought this based upon positive reviews. It does it's job. Picked up pet hair and dirt in just a single pass.

I wanted a vacuum that would handle all the surfaces in my house: deep carpet, tile, hardwood, softwood, carpeted stairs, under loveseat, etc. It did OK on the carpet, but it did not have a serious separate attachment to use on hardwood floors or stairs. In short, it is not a serious vacuum cleaner. It was a great price for what it promised, but it did not deliver. I loved Best Buy's selection of vacuums and went back the next day to get the Shark Professional

This vacuum has everything that I was looking for plus some and at a great price. Nothing but praise.
