Great vacuum as Hoover proves its reputation. Gave it 4 stars because it's heavy so, while doing the stairs it's a little awkward.

got this vacuum to work on my hard wood floors, does the job. Also like the attachment for the couch to get the hair from my cat up.

This vacuum is so easy. It picks up well, leaves lines in the carpet, easy to dump the canister. Great buy

This is great for picking up pet hair; I have a shedding dog and cat. The suction is both a positive and a negative. The suction is amazing, but that makes it a bit more difficult to push and maneuver on my plush carpet. But when I'm done, I know it's picked-up everything - every hair, ever piece of lint. So I like it very much; I would just say it doesn't move as smoothly across the carpet as I'd like.

Great suction. Gets the majority of pet hair out of the carpet (with 3 dogs that's saying a lot). Will have to see how it wears.

I was hesitant to purchase this vacuum. That's because we had an older version of this same vacuum, which lost all suction after a few years, and would no longer do it's job properly. So glad I read the reviews from other shoppers and bought the Hoover - WindTunnel 3 Pro Pet. Was surprised to see the canister fill up with what the old vacuum left behind. I have to say it is far superior to the older model. We don't have pets, but I love the small beater brush to do the stairs. Performance and value makes it my number one pick!

Belt stopping mechanism seems to be very harsh on the belt. Burnt out a belt almost right away causing the seals around the belt to burn into the brush roller. Had to exchange for new machine. Otherwise, it picks up dog hair amazingly well. Went over carpet that had just been vacuumed by our Panasonic, and this unit picked up a bunch more dust and hair. However, the unit feels cheaply made with many plastic parts that will likely break soon.

Wife love this vacuum, so far so good. This vacuum replaced our Eureka (less than a year old) when the plastic tube cracked when it fell flat when the cord was accidentally pulled. I researched this hoover and we were happy with the results cleaning around the house and really does a good job picking up my golden retrievers hair as he sheds during this time of the year. More bang for the buck than the expensive models (i.e Dyson, Shark)

Surprised at how much suction power this vaccum has. Great at picking up pet hair and the wand expands to give you twice the length.

This is a powerful vacuum. Easy to clean container. The cord winds up by the push of a button and very importantly it is lite weight.

I hate vacuuming. Have a Dyson I hate. So far love this Hoover. Especially the retractible cord. Seems to pick up hair and dirt. I no longer have carpet. I have 5 dogs. I get Chow tumbleweeds and this Hoover gets them the first pass. Will see if my dog hair clogs the bottom up. The Dyson was very bad at clogging up. It was a big pain to take it apart and cut the built up hair off the roller. So, I like it so far. Have used it twice.

I really like this vacuum. The first time we went through the house, we had to empty it so many times because our old vacuum missed so much. It is heavy and a bit too wide to fit on steps. That, combined with the short hose, makes it a bit awkward to handle stairs, but the hose is really powerful. It's definitely worth the hefting up and down the stairs for the power it has. It also handles hair and string really well. Our old vacuum often got stuff tangled around the rollers, but this one hasn't gotten tangled once. The tools are convenient on board and work very well. Overall, a great vacuum for a good price.

This vacuum is amazing! I bought this two days after vacuuming the house with my old vacuum. Wow! I was rather disgusted to see what my old vacuum had left behind. I have two dogs that shed a lot, and this vacuum takes care of the fur they lose. It has also fluffed my carpet. So, now I get that freshly vacuumed feeling when I walk around my house!

I like the vaccuum. Pros: retractable cord, good suction, a great price. My hesitation with early reviewing is that my vacuum purchases always start out nice. The question is, how long will they last? Going with the lower price of very similar bagless models, I figure I will have lost less when it dies. . . My past experience leads me to expect 2 years, 3 years tops. We will see.

After trying numerous more expensive vacuums, the Hoover Windtunnel 3 outperforms them all and for a better price.

Good suction, easy to keep clean, I keep one on the main floor and in the basement. Value priced at $100.00

This vacuum is very powerful and picks up great! My last two vacuum's have been Oreck but they don't compare to this one. Another great feature is the attachments are right there whenever I need them. I don't have to buy a separate vacuum! My only complaint is that it is a bit heavy but I am still glad I made the purchase.

If you want a great vacuum and you don't want to spend $400 this could be the one for you. I love the easy empty canister and the auto rewind cord. The only thing I don't like is the cord being so close to he bottom. I have run over it plenty of times already but it has not affected it yet. Accessories stay in place. I really like this vacuum.
