I have 3 pets and they leave plenty of hairs on my furniture. Getting rid of the pet hair on the furniture is a breeze with this product. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is the fact that the motorized floor brush doesn't seem to be that stable and well manufactured. If it breaks that one part costs as a replacement as much as the complete product. So just in case - get a protection plan.

It worked fine for a few months and now when I try to use it, it smells like rubber is burning. I've checked to see if something was clogged in it, but everything looks fine. I will be contacting Hoover for a refund/replacement.

I purchased this vaccum a few weeks later and it works much better than the Dyson. So much so that my friend who loaned me the Dyson is going to buy this Hoover herself.

Would last long with decent use.

The cost to replace, & only available from Hoover directly, is $136.53, almost as much as the complete vacuum new. Other plastic pieces on the hose assembly are also cracked. Customer service was useless when contacted.

Posted .Hi breila! The handle on your WindTunnel Air should be holding up better than that. This model actually carries a 3 year warranty for manufacturing defects. Complete garbage....bought this to replace an older model Hoover than was on its last legs....now Im back to using the old barely functioning one because this brand new one just stopped working. It would heat up significantly which leads me to believe it had a faulty motor. Garbage.
